We continue to use them for carpet cleaning and they always do a very good job. This is an easy company to deal with and their pricing is fair.

Very well and very fast

It was carpet cleaning of a 3 bedroom town home or unit. It's always been great in all aspects. The price, customer care and promptness and all of that. It's always been great with me. I will continue to use them; I always have.

I have used them before for this and to generally clean our carpets. They have always done an excellent job in a timely and professional manner.

This is the second time we have used them, and we will use them again. Eric and his guys did an excellent job. They are thorough and professional. Carpets looked great and our dryer vent got a much needed cleaning. These are honest, helpful people who do a great job at a fair price. Highly recommend.

The main man I called on the phone was nice.  I told him I always cleaned carpets myself but was 9 months pregnant so didnt feel up to it, but needed it done asap due to a mishap with the dog.  He said they happened to have a gap in the schedule (yeah!).  I asked him what I should do to get ready - should I pick stuff up?  He said not to worry about it, the men coming could help pick some stuff up, especially since I was so pregnant.   <br /> The men came promptly when they said they would, however they watched me pick up stuff, they did not offer to help even as they saw me rushing around struggling to get things off the carpet in time. <br /> I do have small rooms and I have never had my carpet professionally cleaned before, so maybe my expectations are at the wrong level, but they finished one room in less than 15 minutes.  The other rooms they breezed through too.  He said they ran the tool over the carpet twice, but it was moving pretty quickly.   <br /> End results are carpets that look a bit cleaner and the stink is mostly gone from.  But I am disappointed.  The carpet in all three rooms still looks dirty.  You can see several spots they did not hit (crunched leaves still sitting there), they were done so quickly.  I really feel like they did not take their time.  That if they had gone more slowly and spent some time on the spots, they would have come out.  When I shampoo the carpet, most of the dark spots come out.  The carpet they shampooed is still full of dark spots where my kids spilled stuff. <br /> I am not happy that I am going to have to clean the carpet myself to actually get it clean. <br />

They did a very good job. They were pleasant, informative and worked efficiently. They completed the work in a little over an hour. Results were great. Lucas answered my questions and he and Rocky were extremely easy to work with. We will use this company again. <br />

A property that we do the maintenance on had an issue with a leak, we called Clean Care and they came out the same day and took care of the problem quickly and professionally. They have become our go to guys for carpet cleaning!! <br />

Eric was great!  I called the day before needing the items cleaned and he was able to work me in his very tight schedule for the following day.  He asked questions about the furniture.  Animal soiling, etc.  In and out in about an hour.  While he was there he was able to give me a ball park figure to clean 3 rooms with carpet. <br />

It went really well. I had no problems with them. I did not have to move the furniture, which was a good thing. I do have pets and I had some pet stains and other things and they did a really good job. I did hear later that there was some things cheaper.

I have always had Lucas on the cleaning team or by himself when I just wanted the main paths cleaned and I can't recommend him or the service itself enough.  Always on time, professional, great prices and great cleaning.  Also, they can work you in when you need them.  Can't ask for much more!
