Clean Casa LA

I used them several times and they were prompt, they did a good job, they did what I asked them to do. Anything in particular that I asked them to do they did that.

I was happy with their service.

I have been using Clean Casa LA for two years. Love Gladys!!! She is so thorough and friendly! Even wipes down door frames and doorknobs - little details my previous housekeepers have missed.  Occasionally I hire them to do my carpets and they always look spotless afterwards. The prices are so reasonable - not hourly like the other cleaning companies. <br />

The seemed to do a good job. It was two women who came out.

Clean Casa sent two workers to the home to clean the house.  This cut down on the time that they were at our home, which was a huge plus since we have a baby who needs to nap mid day.  They brought their own cleaning supplies, so I did not need to have anything prepared for them.  This team was very punctual!  They did a fantastic and thorough job of cleaning every nook and cranny. I would highly recommend them and will use them myself again!! <br />

I've used Clean Casa a couple of times now. <br /> <br /> The good: excellent cleaning job <br /> The bad: communication, coordination, and the crews do not like take checks but will if forced to do so. <br /> <br /> I'll continue to call Ilda and her crews.

I called in the afternoon of Valentine's Eve wanting same day service. I was accommodated with enthusiasm and a job well done. I will be using their services in the future. <br />

Spoke to ilda to set  up and appointment all went well as they come out in a few days. The cleaners had to come back a 2nd time to finish because I had to go to work the 1st time and the cleaners worked slower than I was used to also It's a fairly large house. I now prefer a slower team because they are more careful and nothing was damaged or broken. The whole house was cleaned in about 6 1/2 hours from top to bottom and I'm very happy with the results and would use this company again the has never been so clean! This is a company you can trust.

They came out, literally, the next day after we scheduled the appointment. They were punctual, quick and thorough.

They arrived on time, brought in their equipment and I show them around the house and told them what was needed.  They understood and got to work right away and did a wonderful job. I arranged to have them come back the next month.:) <br />

Clean Casa LA was amazing. They were there for a really long time because my house was a wreck. They were fantastic, completely considerate and honest. They were on time and worked so hard. And they came on a Sunday, which was really above and beyond the call of duty; but it was a very last minute situation, so, they were so accommodating and so wonderful. I would highly recommend them in a heart beat.

They did a good job. I would give them a 98% for the job they did.

Pair of cleaners arrived 10 minutes early. Had trouble communicating over the phone how to enter the apartment building -- there was a fairly significant language barrier, but I speak Spanish, so it was okay. Cleaning took approximately 3 and 1/2 hours. But the cleaners were ready to leave before I noticed they hadn't cleaned the loft (which had been specifically discussed with the proprietor on the phone). THey cleaned it when I asked. I was ready to pay by check (had been told over the phone this was okay), but the cleaners told me credit card or cash only. I was able to pay in cash. However, after the two issues with miscommunication -- about the loft and the payment method -- the maids were pretty grumpy when talking to me. Again, nothing terrible, and I do understand their concerns. However, this company pretty clearly has internal communication issues, and needs to straighten them up. <br />

The ladies from Clean Casa are great. They are always on time and do a great job. We use them weekly and could not be happier. Best cleaning service we have used.

There was a slight miscommunication in the services requested, but they were timely and did a very good job.
