The first contact with the company was professional. The 1st visit and quote made me aware that something was wrong. They came for water leaking from a radiator in the back of the 2nd floor. They padded their quote an additional 225 dollars for bleeding a radiator. I know the steam system I have been working with heating contractors for 45 years. They are not to be trusted when working on heating systems. When they had to return for a leaking radiator air valve that they worked on. They tried to convince me that a new leaking radiator valve in front of the house on a different floor caused the steam leak in the back room. Being a Landlord living out of state I rely on my building manager who reported nothing was wrong with the valve. Clean Collection Inc. reported it needed to be replaced immediately for an additional 400 dollars. Homeowners who are not familiar with their systems beware you are going to pay a lot more for their services.

I was extremely satisfied with High Quality Service Landscaping. My garden looks beautiful. They removed all the weeds and filled in bags of Mulch and designed small white rocks all around. It's just breath taking. They also painted my railings, removed the rust and primed it and painted black. I am so happy with the quality work they accomplished. Clean Collection personnel are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We hired them to remove some trees and trim others in our backyard in Brooklyn. They discussed all options and followed up with us for any questions. They communicated very well and completed the job in under the time they said they would. I would definitely recommend.
