Cleaning by Theresa

This cleaning service started out great and I left a 5 star review. Theresa is kind, punctual and does excellent work. The problem is, after some time, she wasn't the one cleaning our house anymore. Her daughter, granddaughter and other worker sometimes shortened their visits (you pay for two people for two hours) and their cleaning became increasingly spotty. They took the full payment each time, without reporting their leaving early (even an hour or more.) Worse yet, I hired them to clean for an elderly couple and sometimes only one person showed up to clean, usually only for an hour or an hour and a half. When I reported this to Theresa, she did not offer any kind of an explanation or a refund. It is not only bad business to take advantage of older people, it is also unkind. Unfortunately, I have to amend my earlier review.

Theresa and her team are fantastic! She is so easy to schedule with and was initially so kind and easy to get started with. Her team does an excellent job and communication/payment with her is super easy. I will absolutely recommend her to all my friends!

Theresa has been consistently cleaning my home every two weeks. I cannot recommend her enough. On top of the excellent cleaning, she is punctual and makes scheduling simple. She coordinates with me to get as much done in the two hours as she can, making sure to focus on my family’s priorities. Together, we are making plans for deep cleaning tasks we want to get to eventually. She is a pleasure to work with.

Our house cleaner of 9 years retired, so it’s was time to search for a new pro. We tried one of those cleaning service companies, but that didn’t go well. Search again. We found Theresa. A mother daughter team. From our first conversation by phone we got positive vibes. I’m very OCD (but in a good way) and wanted that personal cleaning pro. Theresa and Emily arrived on time. They had all their own equipment, tools and environmental cleaning products. They were happy, friendly, personable. We felt comfortable and trusted them in our home, that we didn’t feel embarrassed by them cleaning the bathrooms. In 2 hours, they cleaned our 2 bedroom, den, living room, dining room, entry, kitchen and laundry room. They wiped walls, baseboards, vacuumed and cleaned wooden floors. Basically, everything was done! The house looked and smelled clean. Thankfully, they liked us too and we will use Theresa and Emily every 2 weeks until they retire

We are thrilled with her and her daughter Emily. They cleaned ? like I’ve never seen before. They cleaned not just surface areas but also outlets, baseboards, walls and blinds. In 2 hours they were like ninjas wiping, scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, detailing the runners on my back patio doors, cleaning kitchen windows, using leather cleaner on my furniture to polishing my fine furniture ?. They are our new friends. I would highly recommend the NINJAS.

The owner was very nice. They did a thorough job cleaning and even took on some of the really tricky jobs. I would definitely recommend their services.
