So, who knew that if a door was closed they couldn't open it to clean? All of my kitchen cabinets and pantry's needed to be cleaned up - I didn't really care a lot about most of the rest of the house. So they did general cleaning around the house, broke a glass elephant from a bookcase shelf (there was an apologetic note with it). I was just really disappointed that there was still so much left for me to do. That's why I never called them back. I guess if I'd just needed general overall clean it would have been okay.

It went fine, no problem at all. The young ladies, they did a very thorough job and they were business-oriented. I wasn't here when they did the work. I will absolutely use them again.

They came out a week or so after I purchased the Big Deal and there were no additional charges to the $288 Big Deal cost. It was done pretty well. I got what I wanted. I thought the price was a bit too high.

Everything went well.  They were very flexible and accommodating on the time involved.  More time was needed on the first visit because we have pets and a relation was coming over who has pet allergies.  These folks worked very hard and did a great job. <br />

It was good. They were really good about scheduling. They worked around our schedule. I have no complaints at all. There were no extra charges. They're really flexible with times they were able to come. It helped us a lot.
