I wish you would have called me right away and I would have handled it right then. If there's a problem with my staff I can't fix it unless I know about it. "Thank you for your feedback. As a business owner I do not like to hear negative feedback BUT it is absolutely necessary in order for me to know where and when to make changes. I want to let you know that this is the first I heard about them offering to come back at normal hourly rates. THEY SHOULD NEVER DO THAT and I will discuss this with the two workers I sent to clean for you. I also want to let you know that my services are always 100% guaranteed meaning if a clients calls me within 24 hours or less from the time the initial job was done I will send someone back in to take care of anything that was not complete or not done up to my standards or my clients standards at no additional cost. On behalf of my staff I do apologize and I'd like to make it up to you by sending you a gift certificate for a FREE cleaning in the future. I will drop one in the mail to you this morning."
