They did excellent work. They showed up when they were expected and got the job done in the time allotted. I was very happy with their work and would definitely hire again if those services were needed.

Cleaning Genie has been cleaning our home for quite some time. Approximately two years ago one of the two woman cleaning left and that's when the quality of cleaning started to decline. They would dust around objects, dust the perimeter of a table and not the center, obvious things would be missed and most recently they stopped mopping the tile floors. I left notes and talked to them personally and the cleaning would improve for that cleaning only. I finally got tired of feeling like had to micro manage them and left.

The estimate for service was verbal - quoting a per-hour figure over the phone. the company then sent a detailed check list for us to check what specific services we wanted for each room. We agreed on a service date, but not a time.I was expecting a call the day before to confirm the time, but did not receive one. I began calling at 7:30am the morning of our appointment to find out what time the crew would arrive. It took about 45 minutes to get a call back, and I was informed that the crew does not tell customers ahead of time what time over the course of the day they would arrive - it could be any time and the expectation was that we would simply be home all day waiting (I've had other cleaning services and always have a two hour arrival time frame, known in advance.) When the two-woman crew arrived, we went over some changes in what we needed done. They did a good job with the general cleaning, although I found hair in the corners of the bathroom floor. One of the crew used an all-purpose cleaning/polishing spray that left big swirls and streaks on the solid cherry dining table (we had specified that the wood furniture NOT be polished - just dusted. She admitted she had not looked at the detail sheet) .When I pointed out, she told me that what she used was appropriate. I had to strongly suggest that it was not and that she needed to get the streaks off. The other partner ended up asking if we had some Murphy's Oil Soap. We did, she used it, and it cleaned the table to our satisfaction. Our biggest problem: a number of things we wanted done were not. The crew said they were finished, we paid for the time they worked, and then discovered that they had not dusted the blinds and shutters - a big job for which we would have certainly paid if we'd known they needed more time. I think they were in a hurry to get on to the next job.

Pleased with their work...they provide a list of services available and as the consumer, you provide them with the specifics!

They worked very well. One of the owners came out to explain the work that they were going to do. They were a little higher in price than some of the competitors. They knew what they were going to do and they could guarantee the work that they did. I was very happy with them overall. They got the work done in a timely manner.
