I am a new homeowner. I had a short window of time before move in to get A LOT of work done to the new house. Chris was the only person I could get in contact with on here. He came out gave the estimate and basically worked every day after my closing date. The one day he was going to take off, he dropped by in the morning to fix some faulty wiring that almost caused a fire. He had almost the entire house painted by the move in date and helped make other improvements along the way. He is willing to help his customers out any way possible. If he doesn't know how to do something himself, he has the connections to the people who can. Chris has definitely become my "go to guy" during this process. Everything done, he has done for less than the price most companies charge just to paint some of the interior of a house. I just can't say enough good things! <br />

<p>Chris did an excellent job day one. He took the time explain the process. His attention to detail </p> made sure the project was a complete success. <br />

On all the above tasks he did excellent work, being very careful to complete every one perfectly. During the time Chris was working for us, my husband suffered a serious injury. Chris was a tremendous help to us when this happened. I can't speak too highly of him.

Called Chris for an emergency bathroom remodel right before Christmas, he was very prompt and was able to accommodate the compressed time frame with out issue. Chris installed the new guest bathroom vanity, new toilet, and reworked the plumbing masterfully in a few short hours. My wife and I truly appreciate his support and perfectionist professionalisms. This was the second time we have asked for Chris's help and will continue to do so in the future. <br />

<p>Chris and Cody did an amazing job, they where prompt, professional, and efficient. They made solid recommendation that when implemented were real value added to the job. I would recommend them and use them again not just for the amazing work but for the knowledge and advice they bring that makes all the difference.</p> <p>Our deck was looking worse for wear after moving into a short sale home that had been mistreated. We found Chris on Angie’s list and contacted him. He got right back to me and schedules an appraisal, we immediately gave him the job after meeting him. Power washed the house and deck, then sealed the deck as well as did repair and maintenance work on the exterior foundation. The work was extremely well done and efficient. The guys were a pleasure to work with and prices were competitive.</p> <br /> <br /> <br />

Chris has done an excellent job for us; in fact, he is more of a perfectionist than I am. He insists that everything be done absolutely <br /> correctly or he re-does it. For example, he took out several tiles in the shower stall because he didn't think they looked right and replaced them; he spent 30 minutes in Lowe's to find the exact color for the grout; and he returned several less-than-perfect cabinetry pieces to the dealer and negotiated an upgrade for us due to the imperfections. <br /> He also cleaned out our gutters, fixed some annoying electrical glitches, and has even helped us with our dogs (he trains service dogs)! Chris calls in expert help, such as electricians and plumbers, when needed. <br /> My husband and I highly recommend Chris Saunders. In fact, our original "contractor" taking off has been a big blessing in disguise. <br />

As a result of this summer's wind storm, we were left w/a fence that was damaged by a massive tree limb that crashed down through it. Mr. Saunders was easy to reach, quickly gave us an estimate, and set up a time to get the work done. He showed up promptly on the scheduled date to repair our broken fence, as well as take care of the broken limb and haul it away. He was very efficient and it was a job well done. However, after the fact, I needed to obtain a simple invoice for the work done to file with my insurance company, Mr. Saunders has been absolutely impossible to get a hold of now that the work is completed. I was able to reach him once and he assured me he would get the invoice right out to me...but now several emails and voicemails later, he still has yet to send me anything. Even his website is now no longer available online! It's like he has fallen off the face of the earth! Very disappointed! <br />

They were courteous, prompt and professional and did a great job.

Chris Saunders came the day after I called him about the leak. There was no mess and he did a quick job of it. I'm glad that I called him and I'll use him again.

It was handled very professionally from start to finish. Actual time was with in 5% estimate of time probably because I "helped". I provided product to grout the tile that I laid. The final effort was very well done, and he did an excellent cleanup along the way.

Chris Saunders did all the above projects plus a few more (I don't recall at the moment) all in two days. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. When I identify other projects that need to be completed, I will definitely call Chris.

TERRIFIC

We discovered mold growing under our existing tile floor in our bathroom. We call Mr. Sounders and we received and estimate in a very timely manner. He gave us a date that he would start and he was very punctual. He completed the job and it looks fantastic. He was in and out before we knew it. His work ethic is exceptional and we are very pleased with the work that was done.

I called Chris and after I explained what was going on he headed right over. Although he is not a plumber he as able to temporally fix it so my basement did not flood. The next morning he was back with parts to make the finished repairs. He is a life saver!

There was a bad rain storm and we discovered that the water was coming over the sides of the guttering rather than down the drains. We called Chris during the storm so he could come look at what was happening and figure out what needed to be repaired when it dried up. He power washed the gutters, replaced some of the screens over the gutters, fixed some of the joints and even repaired a few places on the roof that he discovered when fixing the gutters. Chris was responsive and we have not had any problems with the guttering since he was here.

Myhusband found Chris on Craigslist after our previous handyman and painter had left us in a bind. Furniture was being delivered and the house was no where near ready. Chris worked around the clock for almost 2 weeks putting the house together so that the furniture could be delivered and it was ready for our newborn and young daughter. There is nothing I have found that he can not fix. His prices are fair and he does A+ work. There is no mess when he is done. I highly recommend Chris.

I found this company through CraigsList. Upon contacting him, Chris immediately responded and came over the next day to go over the work that needed to be done. After my first experience with him, I've contacted him many times to do both small and large jobs at the house. <br /> <br /> Not only is Chris easy to get a hold of, he continually performs the work within the timeframe quoted. Also, he almost always comes in at or below the price he quotes... when he can't (because of unexpected issues or complications) he always communicates that clearly before continuing the work. <br /> <br /> Chris took his time with every job, big or small, to do things right. His finished work is beautiful! He is friendly, professional and really went above and beyond. <br /> <br /> I am really happy with his work and recommend him all the time to family and friends. I would recommend him for any job -- from installing a lightswitch cover to remodeling your whole house -- you won't be disappointed.

Chris came to my house on the day I needed him. I could not give him a time that I would be ready but he came within an hour of my call to do an emergency hot water heater install. I had to make sure the wiring was complete and that the gas was turned off. He completed the job very quickly and was not put off by my constant questions and interruptions. He was extremely friendly and courteous. He was even willing to clean up the mess left by an electrician I had over earlier until I told him that I would take care of it. <br /> <br /> My wife and daughter were extremely happy to have a hot water shower at home again for the first time in 3 days. <br /> <br /> I would strongly recommend using Chris for your work. You will not be disappointed. I will be using his services again within the next couple of weeks.
