Housecleaning and Office Cleaning We are a detail cleaning company. This means we clean everything from top to bottom, including inside door frames, window frames and sills, stairs, corners, behind and underneath furniture, pictures and knick-knacks, hard to reach places, ceiling fans, inside and outside of refrigerator's, outside of stoves and in and out of microwaves, outside of toaster ovens, we clean kitchen trash can and cover and much more! Just ask us what you need. Some things we DON'T CLEAN: inside ovens, remove a lot of clutter to clean, inside of cabinets, cupboards, dressers, etc , wash walls, anything we can't reach from a two step ladder, litter boxes or pet messes. We don't pick up tons of clutter on floors or in corners to vacuum, our clients must remove clutter. Occasionally something may break or fall. This is an accident and we stand behind our guarantee. If something happens the client will be informed and reimbursed or discounted or replaced every time. We have insurance to cover these types of issues. So please don't find another cleaner just because of an accident, talk to us and we will do everything we can to make you happy. Summer is extremely busy for us and we love it! We clean many home rentals in Lake George and all the way to Silver Bay. Timing is very important and our travel time is part of the job. However if you are over 20 miles from our office there may be a mileage fee. We also charge per person (man hours) and add sales tax because the taxes have to be paid. "I did/do apologize that your Shower glass door came off the track as I was washing it. It was very dirty and spotty and in order to clean it I had to use magic eraser, this does involve some scrubbing of the door. I heard it come out of the track and told you as it happened. I offered to pay the handy man to re-align the doors but you declined, I also offered giving you money back to pay for it and you again, you declined. The only other issue I know of was the blind fell downwards in the bedroom and couldn't be pulled back up. This was not something I did, it was a faulty blind. I wasn't aware I wasn't supposed to clean the window frames, sills etc until this happened; I did not touch other windows. I also washed each blind by hand that I could get to as they were very dusty. As far as I know there were no other problems. I dusted high up on the walls as there were lots of webs and you thanked me for this task. I washed ceiling fans that I could reach by hand and they were very clean after. There was also a lot of furniture or decor' to be moved around and it was heavy and breakable but I was careful not to hurt any of your belongings. i removed all the rugs to be cleaned and mopped under each one. The kitchen was cleaned thoroughly and all cupboards were wiped down. There were lots of stairs and narrow pathways to move through the home, which takes time and balance not to disturb anything of value. I feel I did an excellent job for this type of home and still hold true to my offer for money returned or a discount off a future job. Again I am sorry this happened but in this business occasionally things break, move, fall, etc and that is why I have insurance and am bonded, to cover both parties. My motto is satisfaction guaranteed and I always offer discounts or no charge cleanings to keep clients satisfied."
