Cleaning Up The 850 is owner operated by Mary Bennett. Mary has been cleaning for 20 plus years. On June 28th 2019 she decided to branch out on her own and open Cleaning Up The 850.

Working with this cleaner was a major set back. We had some of our property stole/go missing, in addition to being charged for services that were not disclosed. They would not listen or communicate effectively. It took two to three weeks for them to completely fall apart on their service. This vendor misrepresents their experience and level of detail, they are vulgar and yell at you for attempting to hold them accountable. They caused significant stress and lost time with our rental. Working with them a a complete sheep show. Due to this experience, will not be using Angie’s list referrals any more. Oddly, this vendor was awarded “best service” in 2019. Anyone giving high reviews must not have very high standards or keep close tabs on this vendor. Would definitely not recommend

"We only performed 2 services one was staging the home where you requested us to be present a non clean service fee was applied along with the fee of the dust and fluff to get it guest ready after sitting as for items missing it has been almost 2 months what was missing? Please elaborate. We agreed when I gave you notice that we would not be cleaning for you anymore and everything was okay now you leave this horrible review if you would like to discuss the “said items missing you know my number here at cleaning up the 850 we strive for excellence I apologize for giving the ample notice that we did not want to further our services with you wishing you all the best in the future , Mary owner of cleaning up the 850"

We own a vacation rental in Panama City Beach. In this business, it is extremely hard to find reasonably priced and thorough cleaning and property management services. We rely on the reviews we receive from guests to get new and repeat bookings. Since we have hired Cleaning Up the 850, we have received so many wonderful reviews from our guests praising the cleanliness of the unit! We have even had guests leave handwritten notes expressing how much they appreciate the cleanliness of the unit as well as the special touches that this company provides. In addition to cleaning services, I know I can trust Cleaning Up the 850 to assist me with all of the little, unexpected issues that come up with operating a short term rental. It’s really just a huge weight off of my shoulders! Look no further for a company to help you with cleaning and managing your short term rental!

The first cleaning was decent. But, they took two new sets of sheets (1 King & 1 Queen) home to wash. When I went to my condo later, I called about my missing sheets. At first, she said she did not have my sheets. Then, later when I gave her specific details, she said she would look for them. After making an appointment FOUR times so that she could bring my sheets and we could meet face-to-face, I still do NOT have my linens. She never showed for any of the appoinments!! DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN!!!! SHE GOT PAID AND STOLE MY NEW SHEETS!!!!!
