I was initially very pleased with the service (RING Doorbell Hardwire Installation), then I wasn?t. The first couple days were good. Then 4 days later a humming noise begins to come from the inside doorbell ?speaker box.? It?s quite loud and the unit is warm. I attempted to call for advice/dections to rectify the issue. No response for 24 hours. He apologized for the delayed response letting me know he had not been feeling well. Cool. Made arrangement for today. I left work early, for the 2nd time, so that I could be home during the time discussed. Text to let him know I was on my way home and would there as previously discussed. Ghosted again? still has not responded ? 6 hours later. The Ring Cam is offline with no power connection?. Box is still humming? I still worried it may be a fire hazard. ?. Very unhappy with the follow up Customer Service. I really thought it would be the beginning of an ongoing relationship as I have other projects to be completed.

"Hello Lisa, I?m very sorry you that way! That was an extremely hectic work week as I had to reschedule a whole weeks worth of jobs due to the bad weather and snow we had that week. My apologies for not communicating better with you during an extremely busy time for me, which is why I was not able to return right away to troubleshoot the buzzing sound that started occurring with the door chime 4 days after I completed the installation. I did a return trip at ino additional labor charge to install a different doorbell for you because the one you purchased was not compatible with your interior time and transformer, causing the buzzing sound. Completely not my fault, but I felt bad about the whole situation, so I drove acrross town and purchased you a battery operated doorbell, delivered and installed it for free. I even packed up the doorbell that you originally purchased in the packaging for you so you could return it for a refund. I thought we were good, in my opinion a 2 star review is very unfair."

I had an excellent experience working with Scott. He did an extremely thorough and high-quality job mounting my TV and setting up my sound system. He took his time with every step, made sure all cables were cleanly managed, and paid close attention to detail throughout the entire process.
Scott was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions clearly, and explained each part of the installation so I understood what was being done. He was personable, respectful of my home, arrived on time, and didn’t rush any part of the work. His pricing was very fair for the level of care and professionalism he provided.

Received an initial quote of $200 for the mounting of two TVs. Opted to include a sound bar for one of the TVs and was informed after the install of one TV and sound bar that because of how long it took him, he didn’t have time to install the second TV and he had to charge me more… how much, $450!!! But said he felt like that was too much so I only have to pay him $400! Switch and bait. I never called him back to mount the second TV. beware!

Initially I thought Scott and the work he performed was excellent. And his customer service was terrific. However, the TV he installed fell off the wall yesterday. It is now obvious that he did not attach the TV mount to a stud. It was just attached to the drywall. I have tried to contact him regarding the situation and I get no reply to text or phone call. I sent photos which I would hope be alarming to him, but no response so far. I'm ver disappointed because I like him and even referred Clean Installs to many friends.

Clean Installs and Scott are the type of company you search for and the reason we are on Angie's List in the first place. After narrowing down the companies we wanted quotes from, we were contacted the same day and had a walkthrough within days. What really put Scott above the others we considered was his openness to our questions, super quick response time, ability to work through and suggest several options to meet our needs and his immediate availability. He completed the work quickly, efficiently and the house looks as good as when he started. He made sure to test everything prior to leaving so we wouldn't have any nasty surprised. We also greatly appreciate that he arrived with a mask on and kept it in place during all work. We'll be working with him again for our sound system changes.
