they were two hours late and had a 14-year-old cleaning the bathrooms. I spent four hours cleaning the blinds and bathrooms to ensure that they were up to standard to move out.

Arrival times are always estimated and not guaranteed as we have multiple jobs to complete everyday and periodically those jobs can sometimes last longer than we originally estimated. We have reached out to this customer and established that this situation was a simple miscommunication. This customer unintentionally ordered the wrong services for her needs. We corrected the situation and the customer is now happy! As for Alex, Alex is 15 and apart of our summer program for teens where we mentor working age teens to help them gain work experience and build a solid foundation for a strong work ethic. We comply with Alabama department of Labor laws and supervise closely. We regret that there was a simple miscommunication however, we are elated to be able to work with this customer to create a solution and restore their faith in us. There was not too much for them to do in the house before I moved in so it was hard for me to tell, but the house from which I was moving was a big job, which they tackled beautifully. they were thorough and efficient, and I'm going to call them to clean my new house now that I've removed most of the boxes and need another general cleaning. I will report more after the next cleaning job!
