"First off the place mess a complete mess and it had a toilet backup and there was a lil potty that had backed up things from the toilet the smell was unbearable. It took me almost an hour to clean the tub alone because it was so much backed grime left on it. I took before and after videos but the location of the place was far out and I couldn’t send the videos and I got sidetracked by time I had service I will be pleased to send you the videos. The carpet was completely a mess I picked up what everything off the floor and vacuumed and as far as the garbage on the porch I took it out because it didn’t need to stay In the house because there was a surplus of flies and nats. I didn’t respond because I was at work and didn’t have my phone but I responded and I haven’t received a response"
