They came in and spend an incredible amount of time making sure all areas of the roof were cleaned. In addition to that, I liked how they also spend time cleaning up the house to make sure no dirt was left behind. I highly recommend this company in Cape Cod they are fantastic!!!

I called and left a message.  It was returned that same day.  Richard went to the home and provide an estimate the next day.  Once we approved the work and quote, we were scheduled and completed a few days after closing.   <br /> We just purchased this house and it had been neglected for upkeep for several years.  When purchasing, we thought that the roof was in disrepair and needing replacement.  After cleaning, we realized this house has a relatively new and  high quality long life architectural roof.  It now looks new.  The shed roof was inches deep in green moss and now looks great.  Concrete patios had moss, mold and were black with mold, now they are the color of fresh concrete.  Our deck started out green and mossy from lichen and now looks like fresh, new mahogany wood again.   <br /> Richard quoted to do all areas of the home.  It is a large house with multiple roofs, has two screened porches, two patios and a large mahogony deck and shed.   <br /> Our house was cleaned by Nick.  He was at the house and on the job by 8 am.  He was there past 4 pm and the outside of the home looks good as new.  He was extremely professional and courteous.  At the end, he asked if everything was fine and I noted that there was some lichen still on our awning shade over the deck.  He went back and cleaned this before leaving.   <br /> We also noticed a leak in the roof over the weekend and Nick kindly inspected the area and identified a worn roof vent pipe flashing as the problem.  He also inspected the other vent pipe flashing on the other side of the house and indicated that it was also worn.  When I checked that interior area, I confirmed that there was a minor leak at this vent also.   <br />

Work commenced as scheduled in spite of rainy weather and was performed to our satisfaction.  This review is being written almost 6 months after the work and the house looks fine. <br />

<p>We recently had our roof cleaned, they also cleaned our gutters, patio, steps, shed and chimney .. (which was part of the</p> <p>roof cleaning service). " absolutely wonderful ".  In addition to that, Rich had them install a diverter on the roof to properly divert the rain water into the gutter.  Great idea, very thoughtful of him. </p> <p>The gentleman that did the work (Nick) was professional, courteous and conscientious. Excellent job start to finish.</p> <p> I would highly recommend Clean My Roof LLC..</p> <p><br /> </p> <p><br /> </p>

Salesman too chatty one person showed as to do the work was on time, worked hard and did a good job. Price was high.

Cedar shingle roof, original with house built in 1996, never cleaned. The roof in good condition but with lots of lichen, moss, etc. growing on it. Time for cleaning. Found it difficult to find anyone to clean a cedar roof, but in the end got 3 quotes and this one was in the middle of the three. They arrived on time and spent the entire day (almost 12 hours) doing the job, which includes climbing ladders with hoses, cleaning sections after section at a time-- and making sure all shingles are firmly affixed. The roof looks great, but they had to come back a few days later when a big wind had some shingles flying around because they had not been checked carefully. They also had to clean up the muddy debris that came off the roof and had settled in the flower beds near the house. Problem was their runoff tubing was not long enough to carry the debris to a safe place. Also, the material to clean the roof is a hot water base and some of it burned up spots on the lawn, which we had to reseed. <br /> Overall, since I knew nothing about cleaning a cedar roof, nor was I home 100% of time, I think if I had it to do again, I would hire these folks, but I would stay around and ensure that the debris was being carried far away from the house and the hot water was not landing on the lawn. <br />
