"I went to her home to give her an estimate and saw her sidewalls had been all powerwashed with bleach. I showed her where the fastenings where all beginning to corrode from the bleach and suggested she call the company who did the work and request the contact information for their insurance company because they ruined her house. She told me the guy gave her $200 off because he didn't have insurance. That made me question whether I even wanted to get involved cleaning her roof because we carry full insurance. She and I spoke at length, she asked many questions, and I provided answers and suggestions. Subsequently, we did the job and it came out perfect. I could never in good conscience not tell the homeowner what has been done to their home that is harmful and destructive. We are a very reputable, reliable, and professional company."
