TERRIBLE! I WILL NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! They picked my rug up, but, despite scheduling the return about two weeks later, they didn't show up. No call, no text, no email - nothing indicating they were not going to show up. I had taken off from work to be there at the pre-scheduled time. I called to find out why they hadn't shown up and the woman who answered the phone said there'd been a tornado in their area earlier that day. I asked if their business was affected, and she admitted it wasn't. I told her that things were obviously fine now - and that the weather was good at my house. She refused to reschedule delivery that day. When I protested their lack of communication and my frustration at having taken off from work to be home for the delivery of my rug, she hung up on me after emphatically telling me that my rug would NOT be delivered as promised that day. When they finally delivered the rug a week later, the pet stain that was the primary reason I'd wanted the rug cleaned was still there. Fast forward to a year later. I got the rug cleaned by a different company who cleaned it quickly without removing it from my home, and who got the pet stain out.

It was a big job, but Keith and Ann arrived early at 8:45am and completed the project at 3:45pm. They covered all areas surrounding each vent with drop cloths and worked throughout the house. The air duct cleaning unit is self contained, but they made sure to vacuum up any residual debris from removing the vents. They also washed and re-installed all vents. Keith also did a small repair on an air duct in my attic that was letting in warm air at no charge! This is the 2nd time I have used Clean Pro and they were just as courteous, prompt, and organized as ever. I would definitely recommend their services! They also provide a number of other services you can look into on their website. I plan to have our fabric sectional sofa and dining room chairs stain sealed in the future. They also clean drapes and carpet. A+ for Clean Pro!

<p>We selected Clean Pro for our bedroom and bath-hallway carpet cleaning job specifically because of the number of rave reviews on Angie’s List and we were not disappointed. Jeremy was a total professional – he showed up exactly at the appointed time, explained thoroughly what he would do (and how) and did an amazing job even getting out several pesky pet stains. He even left behind two pairs of plastic shoe wraps for us to wear the first 12 hours so we wouldn’t damage or stain the carpet during the drying process. We will definitely recommend Clean Pro to everyone we can. Top-notch company! </p>

Everything went perfectly well from beginning to end.  I have a lot of vendors and I'm fair but I also expect a lot and they completely delivered.  never late, always under promised and over delivered.  Would recommend them or use them again in a heartbeat. <br />

Bob and his helper David arrived promptly at 8am to start cleaning. I showed them both the areas I wanted cleaned. While David vacuumed all the carpets Bob explained the process to me. These carpets have not been cleaned professionally in quite some time, so I was eager to see the results. What I was very impressed with is that they moved some furniture I was not expecting them to move (i.e. Crib and nightstands). In the end it looked fantastic. While they couldn't get out some pet stains, they got out other stains that have been there for quite some time. They said the carpets would dry in 4-6 hours, I'd say they're less damp in that time but for them to be really dry it was more like 12. I was very impressed with the job they did, and most importantly, it gives me peace of mind knowing that my two toddlers are playing on clean carpets. <br />
