Carpets looked good and clean. The scent used in the cleaning and deodorizing is very strong and lingers to this day.

Had cleanpro in to clean carpets in my new home before I moved. The work was quick but incredibly thorough. Cleanpro took the time to educate me on the process, give recommendations for keeping the carpets looking amazing, and the price was beyond fantastic. I will be having them back to clean my carpets again.

It went really well and I will be using his services after winter, and in the future. I was really impressed on how the carpet turned out.

Daniel the Owner did a fantastic job!!! CleanPro's prices beat any other quotes I received by far. Not only does he have a great personality but he was on time and is so precise with how he cleaned the carpets! Daniel made sure to answer all my questions and did a better job than any other Carpet service I have ever used. The CleanPro system is great because it isn't the traditional way to clean the Carpet by soaking the carpet and creating "mud" under the carpet as he explained :) The carpets were very lightly damp and dried quick. The products are safe for pets and kids. He took his time and made sure he covered every inch of the Carpet. Ive never seen any one put in the effort like he did while cleaning our Carpet :) He is AWESOME!!! We had deep dark stains and he removed them all. Our house smells clean and looks great! I would only use Daniel and his exceptional company in the future. Look no further for your Carpet needs. He is the MAN!!!

Daniel arrived on time and got started immediately. I had out of town company coming the next day. This was the third time I've used him and he always does an exceptional job. I had a lot of spots and there were no spot "returns" and the carpeting dried in less than two hours. Thank you for another great job, Daniel.

They did a great job. The only thing I had a problem with is that the solution got on the floor and it took the wax off the floor. In the future I will mention this to them to better protect the tile floor.

Daniel contacted me about doing my carpet cleaning earlier than scheduled, and he arrived at the agreed upon time and worked into the evening.  I had a hallway, stairs, and some spot cleaning done in a bedroom and den, and all the areas came out great.  It did take longer than a few hours to dry, but I turned on a ceiling fan and whole house fan for a bit and the areas that got some circulation dried much more quickly.  Daniel was courteous and professional, and takes pride in his work.  The whole process for my carpet took just less than two hours. <br />

Daniel finished the job in under two hours, used a mild pleasant deodorizer and suggested that we stay off the carpet for several hours.  We left the ceiling fans on and were able to go back into the house several hours later and were astounded at the appearance of the carpet.  It was not only completely clean all over, but the nap was totally fluffy - no wear appearance anywhere and it looked like we had had new carpet installed.  I waited until now to review to see if any stains would reappear through the padding and NONE has come through.  I  walk around every day almost dumbfounded looking for stains.  We were going to spend $6000 on wood floors to replace the carpeting because I thought it was hopeless. <br /> THANK YOU DANIEL!!! <br />

Daniel was great to work with.  I had to change my appointment several times due to change of  our loan closing date. I was able to  contact him the day before and he was able to accommodate my schedule.   <br />   <br />  He called ahead to notify us  of  his arrival time.  He was extremely friendly, price was very fair and was willing to come back for spot cleaning. <br />   QI would use Daniel again in a hot second.  Great job!! <br />

It was a very good experience.? They came out even understanding that they were following a problematic job.? They took a chance to come out and see if they could help us out.? The tech came out not knowing if he could help or not and he took a whole lot of time to address the problem and find the right solution to correct the other company?s mistakes.

Dan was great!  I was able to schedule him for the same day I called and he was prompt and gave a good approximate of cost and time before he began working. <br />

I used and was very pleased with Daniel's service previously for a single rug cleaning earlier this year.  He arrived later than scheduled on our second cleaning appointment.  He and Mark took approximately 2 hours to clean the aforementioned rooms, hallway and a small rug.  The carpet was cleaned on an overcast and cold day with rain falling the day before.  That may have contributed to the slow drying time of the carpet.  According to Daniel the carpets were to dry in about 2 hours, but it did take a few hours longer.  So the furniture was not placed back into the rooms until the following day.  We were very pleased with the work of Cleanpro. <br />

He came when he said he would and did an excellent job. He actually came back and cleaned a couple of area again at no charge.

Daniel the owner did a great job. I called to see if I could get an appointment this week since I am on vacation. I procrastinated and figured I was going to get a no I am booked but he said I have time this afternoon. I was so happy to hear that. Daniel was punctual and well groomed. I did not feel like I had to worry about having him in my house which to me is a big deal these days. He explained his cleaning system to me and gave a bid on the job which was very reasonable. He did the job and my carpets look and smell great. I am very, very satisfied with Cleanpro of Lodi and I will recommend them to all my family and friends. :) What a great find. Daniel and Mark were on time, very nice and gave me a very fair price.  There was a stain from a pack of soda that had leaked and dried, I really didn't think that stain could be removed, but they got all of it out....I was very happy all of the other stains were removed also. It smelled clean and it looks brand new again. <br /> I waited a few days to write the review to make sure the stains did not show up after the carpet was dry and it still looks great.  Daniel explained the process he used to clean the carpet, that there would be no chemical odor and it would dry in just a couple of hours.  <br /> I will use his service again when the time comes to clean the carpet in the house.  <br /> Thank you guys for doing such a great job. <br />

Daniel gave us an estimate for price and length of time to complete the job.This home is a rental home. Although the carpet was left mostly clean there were a number of stains in every room. He was honest about the difficulty in removing some stains and offered no guarantee for those stains. He thoroughly explained how his cleaning system works and the steps he would take to clean the carpet. He arrived promptly on the day of service and went right to work. His estimate of 3 hours was right on the mark. While he was able to remove most stains there were a few that he could not fully remove, as he had explained to us earlier. The entire home was empty on the day of service so he had no obstructions. We received a discount because the home was empty. I waited a few weeks to write this review because I wanted to see if the clean carpet would remain looking clean as time passed. As promised, the stains have not reappeared. The carpet looks very good. The pet urine smell is still evident but not as bad as before the cleaning. Daniel explained to us that if the urine had soaked into the padding he could not remove the smell as his method does not soak the padding as is common with other cleaning methods. Once his cleaning was completed the carpet was dry in less than two hours. I am very satisfied with the results and I will be calling him again as I have another rental unit which just went vacant. I will never use steam cleaning again. <br />

I called and Left a message and got a return call within 20 minutes. He came to the house and looked around, gave us an estimate, then cleaned the carpets. He was in and out without any fuss or muss. Very Pleasant and told us that we should call him after we moved in to have a spot cleaning done for no charge. Made my life easier and did a great job. Will call them again if I need carpet cleaning. <br /> <br />

Forget all the rest!  This is the one you want.  We've used Cleanpro of Lodi several times over the years, as indicated above, and every every experience has been outstanding.  They use an out-of-the ordinary process that doesn't leave your carpet saturated with water that takes days to dry.  At our rental property, the company owner and his assistant arrived early and had the entire 3 bedroom house done in about 90 minutes, and thoroughly dry in another 90.  As a repeat customer, they gave us a deep discount on the bill. <br />  We will definitely be using them in the future, to the exclusion of all others, for any carpet cleaning needs we have, and no, we don't get anything from them for saying this.
