This guy is a scam..........he promised moving out cleaning and removing trash for $375 ......was paid the highest out of all the cleaning services available due to 1st available. then decided to add an additional $95 two days after we left town charging us total of $470.00 when invoice clearly states $375 because he stated that he did a mistake with the estimate!! DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR CREDIT CARD...........he is a scam

"Hi [Member Name Removed]as I spoke with you regards this matter you are totally out of order I asked you at the time if it was a surface clean or a deep clean you assured me it was not a deep clean until the housekeepers got there and spent 4,5 each which I have photos to prove you also asked me to come a and pick up trash from your aunt's house which you said were 30 bags there were actually 38bags so I dont know who is trying to scam who never had a problem before this. The credit card in which you gave me I invoiced you $375 then I invoiced you again for the $95 which was extra work and extra trash bags. I also have texts from you after the clean how good we were so it's pretty sad that you have come to this action for $95 ."

We're very happy with them, Leon and Mags run an outstanding business. We can always count on them, whether they or their employees do the cleaning. I've hired cleaners before and have been disappointed, there seemed to be no real effort involved. My family tells me that I'm a bit fussy, it's true, so we've hired the right people! It's so nice to have my house cleaned as well as if I cleaned it myself. They're the best!

Leon and Mike did an amazing job cleaning our house. We were moving out and we needed it to be spotless and done quickly and it was! We will definitely be requesting their services in our new house and we would recommend them to anyone who needs cleaners.

Mags and Leon do an excellent job. The cleaning was the best I've ever had done. They saved me from a bad situation with the roof. They are professional, very pleasant, and I now have them on a regular basis. If you are looking for excellence and efficiency, I highly recommend them. It's not just cleaning they do. If you need remolding or just general handyman work done, they are very reasonable in price, but more importantly....quality work!

They showed up right on time and went straight to work. They even have my shower door which was embarrassing to look brand new. Lovely ladies who were nothing but polite and hard working.

has gone very well......very happy.....have been looking for a good cleaning company for our home in "Disney" Florida since we bought our home in 2010......it took over 5 years but finally found them. I was provided a quote for the work and a date was set. The cleaners arrived on time and with all the necessary cleaning supplies. Although the home had not had a good cleaning in a while, the work was done quickly and professionally and I was very happy with the result. I have subsequently hired the company to do a regular monthly cleaning of my home.

I initially contacted Mike because of the package deal of 2 hours of work for $135.00. Mike and his wife came to view the job which consisted of 200 square feet of flooring, one bathroom, two ceiling fans and one long main living area window ledge. Mike felt the job required more time and a price of $200.00, was set. <br> <br>On the appointed day, his team of two housekeepers came and did the work. I was very pleased with the job the housekeepers did as I have had another brand name commercial cleaning service do this cottage in the past and the two housekeepers who came were casual hires and knew nothing about how to properly clean, let alone how to commercially clean . <br> <br>Mike's two housekeepers also included cleaning a kitchenette sink area on their own which had not been a part of our agreement, but was very nice of them. I thought that the window sill in the living room area was a particular problem, but the housekeepers were able to bring it sparkling clean. The housekeepers did an excellent job for which I am most grateful. <br>

We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service performed at Christmas 2015, however, we do wish you had let us know sooner about these concerns as it is now May 2016. * To address your specific points, we agree that there was a miscommunication between you and us about the specific floor products to be used on your hardwood floor and i am aware that you complained about that to us after the clean on the same day.. We apologized for that at the time. We did offer to come back the next day to redo the floor for you, you told us there would not be time before your party so we then offered to come back after the party and you told us that you did not know what your schedule was and that you would get back to us. We did not hear back from you. * Regarding the other issues that you mention about the clean which you have only just raised, we should point out that the house was very dirty when we assessed it and it clearly had not been cleaned for a long time. Our team of 3 housekeepers spent 4 solid hours thoroughly cleaning the home to turn it around for you, After the clean was completed, we went around the home with your wife to make sure that she was happy before we left, She was very happy with the work performed and the quality of the work, the house looked much better. Had we have known at the time that there was an issue with the areas we did clean then it would have been rectified immediately. * With the above in mind, you overall scoring of a D and an F for Quality is unjustified"

I called and spoke with Mike. I explained the services I wanted and my time frame, and he agreed it was doable. After getting information on the phone concerning location, size, and present condition, he gave my a conditional quote and scheduled a visit. He made the visit on the appointed day and called me with helpful suggestions and reminded me of something I forgot to do at the home. His quote remained the same as the phone estimate and we scheduled service. <br /> On the day the service was completed I received a call both before and after it was completed. I live in a different state from the property and my contractors had turned the water off at the street. Mike was kind enough to locate the water meter and turn the water on for me <br /> I arrived in town, and discovered the property was immaculate and ready to sell. I would like to bring up a very important point: I was out of town during this entire process and did it by phone with a lockbox on the house. He performed very professionally and did not take advantage of the fact that I was going to have to pay him prior to inspection. I have often heard a sign of good character is what you do when no one is looking. He certainly passes that test. <br /> In closing, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, fairly priced. That is all you need and he delivers. <br />

Very nice people. The two girls that did the work were very pleasant. Jill, Mike's wife, came to the house to meet us first, as this was the first time we'd used them. Jill is super nice! We were very pleased with the service overall.
