This company is a scam. I dealt with Dylan - 7755276625. He agreed to scope of work. He sent over an invoice. Half was requested up front, with the agreement that once the jobs were finished, the bill would be settled. Dylan made several excuses and didn't show back up after the first day. Please be careful before using this company. If you must, at minimum, make sure all work is done before you pay.

Dylan Stanley showed up on March 27, 2024, after rescheduling twice (March 23rd & March 24th) because he was a no show, and he attempted to start draining the pond but his hoses were not in working order so he left his pump here & said he would be back the next day, March 28, 2024. He showed up the next day & attempted to drain the pond but his pump blew up. At this time he said he would refund my money but still perform the work. On April 1, 2024 I texted Dylan Stanley to inquire about the refund, he replied in text that he pushed it through @ 8:30 am & it would be refunded as soon as quickbooks precesses. I texted him on April 2, 2024 asking what the turnaround time is for refunds through his quickbooks, he texted a reply “ it takes 2-5 business days” and that “yes he would still come & clean pond” I responded “Thank you, I do appreciate it. And hope you are ok” ( from his pump ‘blowing up’). On Friday April 5th I texted Dylan Stanley to ask if he receive his new pump yet. On Monday April 8th, I called him & left a message saying I still had not received my refund & I would be filing a complaint with Angi’s List & also that I had checked the State contractors site for the county he is operating in, & could not find his company name of licensing #. On Tuesday, April 9th, I texted Dylan Stanley saying “ Morning! Still looking for that refund”. I have not had any communication from Dylan Stanley since April 2nd, either text or phone message.
