He's a liar. Upon inspection of the chimney it was discovered that he put on the wrong size. Instead of finding the proper size he tried caulking it down. After time the caulk came loose and it blew off. The job was then redone by someone else who went out of his way to buy the proper size cap so it could be screwed down he also refused to acknowledge me claiming I had the wrong number and hung up on me. I then texted him and he also claimed I had the wrong company. When I called him originally he said he would be out the next day and never showed up. That's when I tried reaching him with no response. A week later he called by then I had hired someone else who did the job the right way

Blew off and he refused to come back and reinstall. Would not answer phone or messages once he found out he would have to redo job.

We called several companies and got different quotes. We have three flues which could be three small chimney caps or one large cap. We ended up measuring everything in order to get the quotes over the phone. Clean Sweep home services said they could put one chimney cap over all three saving us money. They came when scheduled and did the installation. Everything looked great.

Anthony provided excellent service. He is a very nice man, and he was punctual. The price was fair and I will use him again. I would recommend his service.

These guys will always be my "go to" chimney cleaners. They arrived ontime and were glad to see me. They cheerfully inspected the chimney for my woodstove and explained what they were doing as they worked. After inspection they explained that I really didn't need a cleaning and therefore the price would be less than anticipated. I had them clean the pipe anyway which they did very quickly. Now spotlessly clean, I can use my woodstove without worrying about creosote buildup. Once done they schooled me on the best way to burn wood as efficiently as possible to extend the time between necessary cleanings. If you want your chimney cleaned and inspected correctly, call these guys. <br />

They came out and cleaned the chimneys and did some other repairs to masonry on chimneys and added a cap with animal screen on one chimney.    <br /> Gave us a  written estimate to install a damper in one chimney.  Gave us a date to come out and complete work.  Said they had the parts.  When time came he called and said he couldn't do it then because he didn't have a ladder that was tall enough and he'd have to rent one.  After several calls from my husband to this company and having them tell us they'd be out soon, that they hadn't forgotten about us, they never came to do the work.  The last time my husband called, they never called us back.  We were told that the chimney was approximately 40 feet off the ground so they must have been too afraid to climb that high!  <br /> My husband finally gave up calling this company to come do the work they promised us they would do.  So, now it's October and we don't have a damper in the chimney.  We are now faced with finding another company to do the work.  Hopefully, we will find one who keeps their promises. <br />

Tony was very punctual in calling me back and was very flexible with my odd schdule for coming out to the house and doing the work.  He was very professional once at my house, and I felt very comfortable with him.  The overall cost was a little higher than I expected, however, it didn't have anything to do with Tony...it's the set-up of our old chimneys.  He also went out of his way to look around the molding for us, as we had a leak coming from somewhere and he was more than happy to check it out for us while he was up there. <br /> It's really important to me to have someone call me back and to be professional in our interactions...I appreciated Tony's responsiveness and would use him/recommend him. <br />

Rick was very professional. He answered all of my questions. He explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. He provided, free of charge a replacement damper to use until the new one arrived. This is a great company to work with. His work was very professional. I highly recommend him for any and all chimney work

I had Tony come out to inspect and clean the fireplace flues as the previous service providers did not inlcude that in their pricing / service.  He provided pictures of the inside of the chimney and also reported some dangerous creosote deposits that should come off with the next cleaning. <br /> After providing the picures of the isnide of the chimney, he also mentioned and showed me cracks in the crown of the chimney which he repaired on the spot.  I was very happy with teh service and recommendations and willc ertainly use this service provider again for my chimney cleaning needs. <br />

He showed up as agreed, and installed the damper. Total time; about 30-40 minutes. Charge, $450. <br /> <br /> As the weather got colder, we tried having fires and got serious smoke backup. The damper was obviously not working. I called Tony and left a message (never got a live person to talk to when I called, only Tony's voice mail) and he called back a few days later. We compared schedules and tried to set something up. He wasn't available to come by for about 10 days, and I had a trip out of town after that. I tried calling him again a week later to set up a time and he never called back. I called every week, sometimes a few times a week, and left voice mail messages. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. He knew that the damper was non-functional - I left that message no fewer than 8 times on his machine, begging him to stand by his workmanship. Never heard from him again.  WORST service I've experienced in a very long time. <br /> <br /> Oh, and we were not able to use  our fireplace once all last winter, which I also left on Tony's machine last spring, hoping he'd step up, which he did not do. <br /> <br /> We just hired another company to repair his work so we could use our fireplace this winter. They had to take the damper Tony installed out. They showed me the damper and explained that it was both a poor quality damper and installed poorly. Which did not surprise me. <br /> Consider me a very, very, very dissatisfied customer.

I found out that there were a couple of air ducts that he did not do. I had an appointment for him to come back, but he stood me up. I called several times, but he never answered or called me back. I paid him for work he didn’t do, but I didn’t know about it until it was too late. He picked up a laundry basket in the bathroom to move it and dropped it on the bathroom floor and broke 4 of the tiles.
