Chuck was awesome. Very responsive and professional. Came to the house on time and did an awesome job on the carpets. I had him come back to do the hardwood floors and all the tile in my home. The tile was unrecognizable when he finished. What a difference. I have a 5,000 sq ft. House and he cIeaned the entire floor surface including a bar top for me. will definitely have him come back for more work. Highly recommend.

The owner, Chuck, came to my home and was very personable and knowledgeable. Not only did he restretch my carpets but he also cleaned an area rug for free. He was fantastic and my carpets look brand new. He is local and I highly recommend him. He will make sure you’re satisfied.

He was very professional. He knew what he was doing, knew about his products, knew about the dirt in my carpets and was very knowledgeable about my carpet and what it was made out of as well. He told me that if the cleaning didn't take care of everything to just let him know, he would come back and take care of it. It really impressed me that he was so experienced with the carpets and cleaning process. He took his time and was professional about it. He was concerned about how I would feel about what he was doing, and worked hard to alleviate any questions or concerns I had.

Chuck Allen was very professional. He fixed a hole in my carpet that looked amazing. There were a few spots that showed up after the carpet dried and he came back promptly and removed them. I had company coming into town and was concerned about the time it will take for my carpet to be dry. They were dry the next day with my fans running. I would use his company again.
