This company was very responsive to our call and our water pressure needs. The technician was punctual and showed up wearing a mask and gloves during this covid19 call. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and the filters were changed, quickly fixing the pressure issues. He showed me what he did, as well as how often the filters need to be changed as well as the specific size of the filters needed, so I can change the filters myself in the future. I would definitely hire this company again.

I will definitely be using Clear Water Solution again!! I had called a popular plumbing company in area and not only was I ignored, I was quoted huge bill. CWS showed up, listened and fixed for a fraction of the cost. I also inquired about installing a new water softener in the future. Again, a fraction of other company. Obviously the bill is important but he was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Highly recommend.

The technician came and replaced my old water heater in 2 hours. He even ignored my dog was in her crate barking like a fool with no issues. My old heater was too heavy too take away so he came back with help to remove it. Definitely would have them work for me again. The price I was quoted was the price I got.

Rantz, Nate and Ben were all very professional and helpful. Excellent experience and an excellent job. They took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns from start to finish. It was a challenging fit into a small area but they redesigned the plumbing and fit everything into place perfectly. I will definitely hire them again.

My water softener had leaked through what I thought was a cracked brine tank. I called a few places that were eager to sell me a brand new system without looking at the existing system – and none even discussed repair. Not liking the price of the new systems I went on Angie List and called Clean Water Solutions based upon the high rating. The phone was answered by Rantz and he took the time to patiently and professionally explain my options and his opinions on replacement and repair. We schedule a time to have him look at my water softener system. Rantz arrived on time and after detailed discussion, including him taking the time for him to show me what he felt failed and why it flooded (not the brine tank), it was agreed to rebuild the head of the water softener. He could have easily sold me on a new system, but he didn’t and presented options of repair versus replacement. We followed up with a date to repair, he arrived and rebuilt the system as discussed at the cost indicated. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and honestly. Rantz certainly earned my trust and business.

I spoke to several water softener suppliers and selected Clear Water Solutions based on price and softening system. We have had a water softener system installed in our two previous homes <br /> They were able to install everything quickly and professionally. They have since replenished the salt for us as we are unable to do so because of age and health. <br /> <br /> <br />

Rantz was great! From the start he returned all phone calls within a few hours and was able to answer all my questions. He is very straight forward and only sells you what you need. He will not upsell you! He was also very competitive in price.If you are thinking about getting a water softner, you need to call him for at least a quote. I cannot say enough about his service and business and I will defiantely being recommending him to others. <br />

It went great. It stands out very clearly and he runs his own company. He had one or two of them getting started. Service was very personal. I had a particular way I wanted to plumb and he said no problem and did it that way. We've been happy with the system ever since. He was right on time and as to his estimate. Since he did everything he could possibly do for me, I couldn't but yes, I would use him if I move.

Thought you'd like to know I'm finally getting around to submitting my review for you to Angie's List. Here's most of it: <br /> Rantz Martin, the owner of Clean Water Solutions, replaced our home's old Acid Neutralizer control valve and tank, water pressure tank, and all the plumbing, (i.e. pressure gage, valves, fittings, pressure switch etc.). Our house was built in 1989. Rantz responded promptly in person, by telephone, and email to all our questions. He always said what he would do and always did what he said. We got a written, highly detailed sales quotation and literature explaining and illustrating the equipment and installation process we were interested in. He clearly explained the pluses and minuses of all the various equipment and installation options or choices. Rantz totally worked with us and was quite flexible in customizing our equipment exactly to our specifications. He arrived and installed our water treatment system on time as scheduled. The total time for installation was what he told us it would be. Rantz cleaned up and removed everything that should have been before he left our home after he finished the installation. He was very courteous throughout the entire pre-sale, installation, and post sale process. His pricing was the best out of around 6 quotes we got from central PA plumbers, well and water treatment system suppliers/installers. It's now been almost 1 year since the system was installed, and everything is working great. I called Rantz to get instructions to refill the neutralizer media. He gave me both written and verbal instructions immediately. Now thats great service after the sale. Save yourself time, money, and aggravation- go with Rantz Martin's Clean Water Solutions, you'll be glad you did for years to come. <br />

I was very happy that he at least attempted to get my old outdated and non-functioning water softener working. Other places, like Martin's, wouldn't even try. When he finally came to the conclusion that it was beyond repair, he gave me several options for replacement, all of which were very reasonably priced. He carefully explained why I did not need the much much more expensive options pushed by Martin's. I appreciated his honesty. He did not seem like a typical salesman in that regard. <br /> We arranged to have the new one installed the next week, and picked a specific time earlier in the morning to accommodate my work schedule. He even wrote the time down on his paper. The next week, he seemed to have forgotten about our arrangement, and showed up an hour and 15 minutes later than agreed. He called once to say he had to make some stops. When he realized about our arrangement, he apologized. <br /> A few days after the installation, he called twice to ensure that we were happy with our new soft water. <br />

Rantz was one of four suppliers of water softeners that provided us with quotations. Since this was my third water softener installed in three different homes, and I had previously ran the US operations of a specialty chemicals division that sold industrial water treatment chemicals/solutions as one of our product lines, I knew what I wanted to buy. Despite my telling all four firms my background, the other three had to go through their entire presentation which I found annoying. <br /> Rantz was the only person to not give me a lot of BS and also had the lowest price. <br /> The installation went very smoothly, and he was in and out in approximately 2 hours. He cleaned up the area, explained the details of operating his system that he thought I would need and gave me the bill. <br /> He knows his product, did not try to sell me extra equipment and was and left me very satisfied. I definitely would recommend him to others looking to purchase a water softener. <br />

Service was provided on time, and was of great quality. Pricing was very reasonable and fair. Our water softener was leaking and was fixed and tuned up. He also change the filter on the softener and under our sink. I would highly recommend Clean Water Solutions and would definitely use them again. <br />

After many quotes from different companies offering me what they wanted to sell, and quite a few folks who offered exactly what I wanted, I went with Rantz at Clean Water Solutions. He had a great price, was willing to work in copper where possible, and had a great attitude in general. <br /> It only took a week to get onto his schedule, and he was right on time as promised (for both the estimate and install). <br /> The install was just as I asked, very professional, and neatly tucked away. <br /> Now our water tastes great! even our dog is drinking more :) <br />
