Super job. Personable and professional. Carpet treated was over over 20 years old but looked practically like new after Craig and Sherrie had finished. Would not hesitate at all to hire again.

Craig and Sherrie arrived within a half an hour of our appointment. They came with their equipment and set everything up quickly. I wasn’t very optimistic about them getting out some rather bad stains in our carpets but were amazed to see all of the stains gone when they were done! They spot treated everything initially and then steam cleaned a wool carpet & 2 nylon carpets in three rooms in our home. They were diligent in trying to get my stains out! They took their time, were very thorough, very professional and friendly so I couldn’t ask for a better job or better service! I will use them again and highly recommend them!

It went well. Craig and his wife were able to eliminate the odor that resulted from the water damage. They were a little late but that’s because of the need to sanitize the equipment from the previous job. Totally understandable and appreciated.

I cannot begin to adequately express how pleased I am - and I don't give out big kudos unless they are earned! A+++ here! Craig and his wife Sherry are owner/operators and do an amazing job. They are prompt, respectful of CV-19 protocols and your home, fair in pricing, efficient and hard-working, accomplished in achieving the best results, kind and extremely professional. They got stains out of off-white carpeting that were years old, including the black filtration edge dirt that often accumulates around the perimeter of installed areas. Additionally, they made my upholstered furniture come back to life with color and brightness! Everything smells fresh and there are no dangerous chemicals used - merely a releasing agent and hot water. I will refer these people to everyone I know who asks for a carpet cleaning company - they are truly a gem of a find and I'm so lucky to have found them! Thanks again, Craig and Sherry.

Excellent! I'm so happy with how my carpets look after Clean Wave came in and took charge! They were able to remove stains (of unknown origin) and made my older carpeting the look & smell clean - better than new. I can't say enough good things about Clean Wave - the price, the scheduling, the overall process, the completed work - all exceptional. Craig and Sherry did a great job for a fair price. They carefully pretreated 2 areas that were stained and when the job was finished our sectional looked like new. We have found that the owners of well-reviewed companies tend to do a great job and this was no exception. Before they left, we requested a quote to clean all the carpets in our house. We received a very good price and we plan to have them back as soon as we complete a remodeling project. As they were leaving, they told us to give them a call if we found any problems and they would make it right. No call back was necessary.

Craig and Sherry did a wonderful job on cleaning my carpets, they were heavily soiled and had some pet stains but they knew how to treat the rug to get the best result. The carpet looks fantastic and the grout on my kitchen floor looks almost new. I highly recommend this company and will call them the next time I need carpet cleaning and grout cleaning. There were no hidden fees and they delivered what they promised.

Craig and Sherry were punctual, professional and pleasant to work with. They cleaned 4 bedrooms/hall/stairs with wall to wall carpets, stretched carpet in one room to flatten a bump, cleaned a spot on the couch, and cleaned four area rugs. They honored the quoted price. All rooms look beautiful! We will definitely hire again and tell our friends and family!
