I have very crappy well water, full of iron and very hard. My old water softener failed and I reached out to Nick of Clear Brook Water Solutions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful but did not pressure in any way. I mentioned other systems I had researched and he explained some of the cons of those other systems which I had already researched. They installed my new softener, which cost way less than their competitors had quoted, and I couldn't be happier. They even halled my old one away. My water is so much better now. Their unit performs way better than my 25 year old unit and I spent a lot more on that one.
