We heard something moving behind our electric fireplace insert and panicked! We knew whatever was behind there had to come out! Called exterminators and chimney cleaners. No exterminators would come for another 1-3 days! Thankfully Clear Choice came out within hours. Climbed on roof, pulled out insert and found a little bird stuck behind there! He was able to rescue the bird and replace our chimney cap so this would never happen again! Very professional and friendly. Assured us that he would take care of the problem and he did! Highly recommend!
