The crew come in time, do a very good job.

Do not hire Clear Flow, Rolando or his team. First he took 3 weeks to service the job after multiple reschedules and overcharged for the job once he began. After his team drilled the hole for the dryer vent, I used the stacked unit once and it shifted out of place, unplugged and was stuck in the door. I contacted the owner Rolando for a good faith repair. His usual response time is 1 hour but this time it took seconds for him to respond and say he isn?t and will not do anything. Also even worse - the washer wasn?t hooked up right so the pipes leaked through the wall to the first floor bathroom. Do not hire this pro - very disappointing experience

They showed up on time, were relatively friendly, and did the job well and fast.

Tank was flushed as requested. They recommended to replace the 14 year old tank which now looks like I will have to do.

The job was done and the quality was good but the communication and demeanor was not the best.

This company was very quick to respond to our emergency & they were here the next day to install a new water heater & they did all, brought the water heater, took the old one out, cleaned up; simply amazing. Dez was an amazing plumber/worker who did a fabulous job & was also quick with the work. I recommend this company wholeheartedly!!!!!! Best, Jack Hasselwander

Scam business. Henry Velasquez stole $12k and never did any work. Do not pay upfront. Not a serious business. Henry is also not a certified plumber. He is using his minority company owners certificate, but that person, David B Hart will not do any job. David has been reprimanded by the Plumbers association for this in the past, but they keep getting away with it unfortunately

Professional, fair, and responsive. They were able to give a quick estimate and complete the work promptly and completely.

Thoughtful, helpful plumber/technicians— I explained what I thought was the problem; they could have dived in and cost a lot more $$, but instead diagnosed problem, simple solution and saved me $$ and headaches.

Contractor (Nestor) arrived on time. He was polite and replaced the faucet with no problems. He cleaned the area he worked in and left no mess. I was happy..Thanks!!

Turned out not to be a major issue, but glad they were able to come out on such short notice and kept me informed the entire time!

So basically, my boiler went out on one of the coldest weekends this year so I quickly went on home advisor to find someone I can trust. Rolando called me right away and came to inspect. Everything went smoothly and he worked with me to get my family a reliable boiler since I have a 4 and 5 year old and the house was very cold. Frank and his guys installed the boiler and was nothing but honest and overall good people. I will definitely use these guys again but hopefully I won't have to.

Rolondo and his team are very efficient. I have used them on multiple occasions. Great price for the work they do.

Rolando work was good and he was very responsive - before he got his money. After he was paid in full, no response to any of my phone calls. I left him voicemails, but still no response. I even called him from an unknown phone number to see if he would answer the call and he did; so I called 30 seconds later from my number, and no response. Once he got his money, he did not care about any problems after that. His customer service was not only bad, but nonexistent.

Rolando was extremely helpful and responsive. He was able to start replacing the boiler within 1 day of my first phone call to him. The techs had the old boilers picked up as soon as they took them out and left the work area spotless, and were very cordial and polite. 10/10 recommend Rolando and his team.
