"I arrived at customer home to repair door bell wiring that customer informed me that her sister and herself damaged and broke while trying to install a Ring door bell system. When I arrived and knocked on the door the customer answered and asked why I was there I explained to her she purchased the deal and I was the electrician to repair the wiring, she asked me if I was their cause her ex wants me there to spy on her and steal from her. I said no I'm just here to repair your doorbell wiring. I proceeded to take apart the doorbell button to find the wiring broken off in the frame of the door. I asked her if she knew how this happened she told me that her sister and herself tried to install the Ring unit but kept touching the wires together and breaking them. I explained to her the she could have damaged the ring and the transformer by doing that. She said she needs to get the Ring installed cause she keeps having her ex break in and steal things, move things around she stated the she broke that night and stole her paper towels. I told her I would get her wiring resolved so she could hook up the Ring. I extended the wiring so it could be fastened on the Ring unit. I then tested the doorbell to make sure that it worked and it tested fine. I then attached the wire to the Ring unit and attached the additional pieces to the doorbell itself. I then installed the app on the customer phone and started to set up the Ring. The Ring would not set up so I informed the customer she need to contact Ring about it cause she had purchased it. Later that day the customer called me and stated that she spoke with Ring and they told her that she needed to replace her transformer. She told me that she ordered it and wanted me to come back and install it for free cause she felt she had time left(Deal states time must be used all at same time or it is lost). I told her that I couldn't come back that day but would two days later to replace the transformer, she stated that was okay she has the transformer. I returned and had my apprentice replaced the transformer, I instructed him to remove the bell wire from the transformer that goes to the Ring and doorbell. After that was removed he started to remove the old transformer from the electric system once it was removed he was trying to separate soldered wires to be easier to work with when he touched two together and caused the breaker to trip. I then took over and reinstalled the new transformer and hooked up the bell wire for the Ring and doorbell chime. I tested the transformer and it was putting out the proper voltage for the way it was set up. The Ring door bell still didn't work I informed the customer and she said it is cause it wasn't set up yet. She told me she would set it up. I later receaveda text form the customer stating that I damaged he Ring, transformer, wiring and doorbell."
