The guys at Clearwater are excellent: competent, friendly, professional, quick, and clean.

Larry called right back and scheduled appointment over the weekend. He arrived on time and called ahead as promised. He was very transparent in his hourly pricing up front. Upon arrival he got right to the job and moved quickly to remedy the situation. While the job was less straightforward than I thought, It was clear he wasn't trying to run the clock out. He solved the problem swiftly with expertise. His work was very well done and clean. He didn't try to upsell me at every turn as I've experienced with other plumbers. I would definitely hire him again to handle repairs and larger jobs.

Very well. The housemate using it likes it. It works well and is a great improvement over the old, leaking and very noisy one. Will definitely have more work done in the house, as needed.

Tyler was very courtesy and informative. He was able to locate the issue of the high water bill and was able to provide a resolution quickly. He was very professional and reliable.

Received a call before plumber headed out and another call when close to the home. Work was professional, leaked caused by shower valve seat that had a defect — cutting into the rubber washers as we turned the shower handles. Would hire them again for future plumbing needs.

Tyler was awesome and originally we thought we'd just need a faucet water hose to be looked at, but he discovered the real source of the issue and was able to fix that. He then discovered a few other things that had been/were leaking and took care of all of that in the time he was at the house. A very honest person, had high integrity, was polite and very professional. He was able to answer a lot of questions we had and made us feel confident in his abilities to get he job done right. I'd definitely hire again for any plumbing needs.

The best of the bunch. They came out several times over the past year. I had an emergency and they were out here to help out and could not have been better and I have friends that said the same thing.

I would recommend them to all the people. Overall the service was good. They are professional. They are very nice. They answer any questions I have. The work was done right. I do not have anymore leaks. My experience was good.

A junior guy came out and asked where we wanted him to put the caulking. I thought they would figure that out. It helped for a while, months later the leak came back. Eventually I followed a how to link on Angie's List and took care of it myself.

He was here about an hour or two. We also asked him to go upstairs and figure out a leak in our master bedroom shower. He didn't find the exact leak but recommended putting some caulking in there. We decided we could try that ourselves. He was pretty knowledgeable. I was very happy with the results.

Leak appeared under sink, husband tried to "fix", leaks multiplied by end of the week. Called Larry Friday night, left msg asking when he might be available, he called early Saturday and offered to come between 5-6 p.m. Very professional, very personable, tracked the problem to the faucet - when he easily could have let it be several things under the sink. I would hire Larry again without hesitation. With a 46 year old house, you need someone trustworthy and responsive - and Larry is definitely that.

Garbage disposal replacement went fine. But the sink work was a disaster. It was a very minor leak. They opened it up and couldn't put it back together. They still charged us a fortune in labor even though the work never got completed. In fact, they left it in way worse condition compared to before.

Excellent quality work. Arrived on time and phoned ahead to confirm exact arrival time. Final part took anther 3-4 weeks to arrive.

First time hired the son, who was great. The father came back for second job and he was quite a bit slower and tried to charge me for more time than he was there. He grudgingly conceded 1/4 hour. High rate.
