Clear Water Plumbing

Jay came in and out fixed it and cleaned up well. I am very happy and very satisfied.

Learned late in the evening that tenant's toilet was clogged. Called Clear Water Plumbing (CWP) and they dispatched a plumber (Terry) right away. Terry was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He got the toilet unclogged right away and even did a few tests to make sure everything was clear. CWP was a lifesaver for me and the tenant.

Very well. All took less than 45 minutes. They cleaned up and were very careful with the fridge. AND they came out after another company let me down. I called at 1:30 and the problem was solved by 3:30. I will ALWAYS use these folks first. Everyone from the dispatcher to the two fellows who came to do the job were top rate. <br />

The service men arrived within the quoted time period and got straight to work. Within 20 minutes i had a toilet functioning like new. They even explained what had happened to cause the problem in the first place. They left no mess behind them--which is rare. They were affable and professional men. <br />

I was just so satisfied.  They were very nice and professional.  They are reasonable priced and they came out the same day that I called them.

Two plumbers showed up in the described time frame. They were very professional as well as knowledgeable. They were here most of the day correting the issue. I was pleased withe service as well as the complete clean up afterwards. <br />

They showed up on time and immediately diagnosis the problem. They had to cut out a pipe and replaced it. They were so cleaned you could not tell a lot of work had been done. Truly professional that I've used them again already to replace a toilet.

Jay came and replaced pipes. I have used this company before to replace an ejector pump and to install a new sump pump. The work is always quality. I highly recommend Jay. <br />

The condo association has used this plumbing service on four occasions and each time they have been prompt and diligent. One time they had to replace the entire sewer trunk to the street - digging down 15 feet - took them 2 days but they stayed late into the evening to get the job done. Its a family-owned business and I have met two of the brothers. Both are courteous, personable and kept us informed of how the work was progressing. Today I called them at 8am and they were here by noon. The repair was done in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company. <br />

We contacted Lavall at Clear Water, since they had helped us in the past. In this instance, the job was badly done and demonstrated a basic lack of knowledge about running PVC pipes. The portion of the pipe between the second and third floor was not installed in a way that made it possible to replace the drywall flush with the plane of the wall (the pipe stuck out of the plane of the wall too much). On the first floor, the piping had to come down below the plane of the ceiling, leaving a 4-foot section exposed. Moreover, the section of PVC pipe exposed was installed in such a way as to make it extremely difficult to replace the ceiling drywall around the pipe. These were all novice mistakes, and easily avoided. All in all, we won't be hiring Clear Water again anytime soon.

They did an excellent job and the customer service was great. They were punctual and the rate was good. I have used other plumbers in the area and I was not pleased with them because they didn't do a great job and they didn't do what they said they were going to do but clear water plumbing did exactly what they said they were going to do. I actually got their information from my Village Hall because I was hunting for a plumber. They recommended them to me. I had a plumber in the area and he put in a new sump pump. Nothing was wrong with my old sump pump. He took the sump pump and gave me a new sump pump. The only problem was there was ice stuck in there. He then came back and said that I needed another one. I went down there myself and flipped the switch and the thing was working. He was trying to get me to purchase things from him. I thought that was pretty shady, so I called clear water plumbing because one of my pipes had burst from my faucet that runs from the inside of the house to the outside. It was leaking in my wall and they came and fixed it. They did what they said they were going to do and then they called me and asked me if everything was okay, so that was really good.
