Jesse Harper was communicating via texts beeing sensitive to my timing needs; was able in a friendly way to explain what he was doing and worked with care. The search for the parts took a few days longer than expected,, which was fine with me because he told me it will. Besides the agreed on window balance repair he noticed a hole in the corner of the screen and repaired it after extra trip to the truck and not an easy access to the screen from outside, without charging me extra. I feel lucky to have found such a friendly and skilled person through Angie.

Prompt and On time service

Jessie is extremely knowledgeable. I had spots between windows which could not be removed & kept getting worse. I thought it was moisture which didnâ t make sense. Jessie explained problem & process to fix them. I had 5 windows replaced & looks perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone

Jesse, came out late on a Saturday to measure the broken window. He ordered a double pain replacement Monday morning and installed on Tuesday. The new glass looks great and my house is secure and weather tight. I highly recommend Jesse.

I have tried several companies. They show up on time and are perfectionists. Their price is very reasonable . They are also very mindful of your property and leave it looking better than when they showed up. Will use them again for any other window needs.

Clear Window Restoration picked up the first time I called, was responsive, and knows how to use technology. I sent Jesse pictures of the broken window via phone and so had an estimate within 30 minutes of the initial call, which was just outstanding. He came by my house within 48 hours to get the official specs on the glass, put the order in that day, and came out within 48 hours of receiving the glass to install. Invoicing was easy, work was professional quality, pricing was very fair and transparent, and EXTREMELY importantly, communication was excellent. Clear Window Restoration set a very high bar for all contractors, in and out of the glass repair field. I would 100% recommend Jesse and Clear Window Restoration, and while I hope to not have any more broken windows, if I need anything regarding windows, these guys are going to be my first call.

Solid work

I needed to have a window in my front door replaced. Clear Window Restoration responded quickly, came to my home and did the needed repair at a very fair price. I am completely satisfied, and will call them immediately should I need their service again..
