I think they were about $7,000 or $8,000 maybe. They were impossible to deal with. Once, I got started with them; they held me ransom and I couldn't o anything about it. They were the worst. I will never, never, never, never, never use them again.

"We were contracted to remodel the customers home. The exact price was 4950.00. We were contacted after the customer had been caught for doing work without a licensed plumber and without permits. We gave a proposal that was agreed upon. We also gave a tile guy and another contractor recommendation to the customers. They used both of them and were happy with them. We completed the job with a permit. We passed all the inspections that were required. We are in good standing with The City of Delray. While working we found an issue with the shower that we were able to help the customer with a solution. There was a hot water issue that was out of our scope of work. We were more than willingly to perform the work but there was going to be a charge if it was something other than work we did. Getting paid was not the easiest, so we did hold last inspection, like all other companies, until final payment was done. All of work was done professionally and in a timely manor. The customer decided to install a toilet by herself or have someone else do it. They decided on how much they should deduct from an agreed proposal. We were actually not paid 230$ of the overall contract. Scope of work was repiping entire waste and water for kitchen, installing new tub./shower valve (with handheld) repair kohler waste and overlfow, set toilet and and lavatory. In the master we chipped floor, set new shower drain. installed liner. Changed shower valve. Set 2-lavatories and 1 toilet. Price again was 4950. FAIR Completed and passed."

The good thing is we gave a you price before hand and there were no surprises once we were there working. We did have to do a little adjusting to get that new sink in there since it was not the same size. We made the proper adjustments(which was little extra work) and no price increase. After 24 years the pipes will start to leak in the house. It hadn't yet, but our next door neighbor had a flood as a result of the old plumbing. We decided after we purchased the house, that it would be best to take them out. These folks did all of that for us. They were excellent. I would give them "A"s all of the way.

This company is professional. You set an appointment, they confirm via email , and then email you when the technician is on the way. great service. I am having a lot of plumbing being done in my house renovation. I have contracted Cleary because of their professionalism. They are a little slow on quotes, but service an qulaity makes up for this. They have eraned my business.

the man, which i forgot his name, but he is from the islands, came on time. met him with my realtor and he did his test and determined that it was fixed as well. i had to pay him for this service even though the owner Chris, told me it was a free estimate but since he drove and conducted the test had to pay a fee ($85) a little expensive but i understand.

The owner - Chris, answered and made an appointment for me first thing on Saturday morning. His plumber was prompt and the problem was fixed. The price was more than fair considering it was a weekend emergency. Much appreciated!

Evan was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He evaluated my problems, explained all the options and performed the services he could without any issues. I expect to be contacted soon with the estimates for the major repairs and will most likely use Cleary for the job. All in all, I am very pleased with the great communication from the office and the work performed.
