CLEVER CHOICE CARPET CLEANING

It was a deal for $125 carpet cleaning with stain protection. They cleaned throw rugs and cleaned the carpet in one family room that had pet stains.

The business was sold and they still have my rug.  The phone number has been disconnected and they don't have a physical address on file to go pick up my rug.  I just want my rug returned. <br /> UPDATE:  Rug never returned.  Angie's List refuses to refund my purchase price because they consider the work "completed" (customer service rep later revised that statement in an email).  Angie's List trying to wash their hands of any responsibility for a Big Deal they advertised and collected payment for.  Will be cancelling my membership.

Showed up on time, carpet was disgusting when I moved in, and after six months, this provider left the carpet looking better than when I moved in!! <br />

This has been a nightmare. Initially I called Frank once and emailed him twice but when I called him a second time his phone number had been disconnected. I drove to the address given on the website for the business and it turned out to be a postal annex. I've emailed him twice since that time but have not heard back. So at this point he has my living room rug and I am feeling like I've been scammed. <br />

Frank had trouble getting my voicemail messages and returning calls.  It took 4 calls on my part and a month of time to get the job done.  I was expecting much better communication than I got.  The actual cleaning was fast and good.  Frank and his assistant were fine.  I did feel a bit uncomfortable with Frank's putting down the quality of my previous carpet cleaner.  That was not necessary. <br />

It went well. The owner has somewhat of a rough way of dealing with customers, but he did a great job. <br />

They did a good job and I would use them again in the future.

The best job, 2nd time I used Clever Choice. Have had other company come with or without steam, have never cleaned it like they do.

Frank called and let us know when he would arrive. He showed up and was very professional. He provided good carpet care tips. <br />We have used him before cleaning a rental unit we own, and he is always punctual and professional. <br />

Frank is always prompt, professional, reasonably priced and quality of work is high and consistent. He is also a very nice guy! <br />

Very well, It was over a month ago so I don't remember a ton of details except the I had to have one of my Persian rugs cleaned on a Saturday right away because my dog had thrown up on it.  This company came the same day and delivered a few days later.  I was so impressed with the timeliness and price of the service that I had them take another rug and clean it again.  I guess this outfit  provides all sorts of  different services.  I felt so good about them I would use them for anything they did.  Honest, hard working and timely.

Frank and his crew arrived on time on a Monday, cleaned our two wall-to-wall carpets, and rolled up and took away the eight area rugs, four of which are quite large, to be cleaned. There were a few dog mess stains on the wall to wall and on one of the area rugs. They got up every single stain and even were able to, impromptu, get a stain out of a mattress! The area rugs all look good as new, as does one of the wall-to-walls. The other is an older white carpet that they improved upon greatly but is nearing the end of its life, so I didn't have high hopes. They had hoped to have the rugs back on Thursday but with the wet weather they weren't completely dry so they returned them Friday. They really look wonderful. <br /> <br /> They didn't unroll the rugs when they came back, but I didn't ask them to. <br /> <br /> Overall I was very happy with the service, their manners, and responsiveness. I will definitely use them again.

They have not changed the price for this whole house carpet cleaning service since last year!  I use CC for cleaning the carpet in my rental property between tenants.  They always do a great job and use environmentally friendly products.  I will definitely use them in the future.

This is the second time I've used Clever Choice for carpet cleaning.  They did a great job both times.  The first time the color of the carpet actually lightened quite a bit - it had been too long!  Both times they were able to remove stains I couldn't get out.  I'll definitely use them again.  Nothing bad to say.  The only recommendation is to be sure to have things picked up and your carpet well vacuumed before they arrive, because they get the job done quickly and efficiently.  That's probably how he's able to keep costs down.  Be sure to visit his website to get a discount coupon.

We had a good experience with them. They came when they said they would come, did the job, and left. We had some concern about one carpet that was kind of bowing a little bit. They said it would go away once it dried out, and it did. However, there are a couple of things that we need them to come and take a look at. I have to call and tell them about that.

Mr. Neal worked with my schedule, showed up on time, dressed in clean professional work clothes and had a strong handshake and clear communication skills. The carpet was cleaned and smelled so good within hours and he got out a very stubborn stain. That afternoon, Mr. Neal brought in two housekeepers to shine up the bathrooms, clean the floors and countertops, etc to get home ready for real estate market. They worked a bit slower but Mr. Neal kep them on track. I spent about $600 for BOTH (not each) service.
