Clima Heating and Cooling

Omar of Clima did a maintenance cleanout of the element for the air conditioner and replaced some (3) important parts. He loves his work it is obvious: his willingness to come back a second time to get the right model part installed and his eagerness to make right any complaint. I had found my intermittant problem was not fixed with the first visit, so Omar made it right by giving a free second visit the next day, including the part for free! I felt I was treated very well for a new customer. I more than encourage anyone considering Clima for their HVAC needs. I even am on first name basis with his front desk already.

Omar called me no longer than 5 mins of putting my request in Angie's List. We set up an appointment and he arrived (with his team) on time. I found them honest, knowledgable, and clean. My minisplit had been malfunctioning for over a year and multiple HVAC companies were unable to fix it. Omar and his team fixed it perfectly in just a few hours. Pricing was reasonable and I found that Clima really did try to save me money (ie: teaching me how to clean filters myself instead of spending $$ to have it done.. it's so easy) and did not overcharge. Would hire again.

It was great, came in, did the work, made sure that everything is working before they left. I called and they were able to get to me in about half hour after the call.

They are excellent, fair in price, responded quickly, very courteous, explained everything to me, respectful and attentive. I'm extremely pleased and very impressed with the company. I will use him again.
