I had a great experience with this company. My air conditioner went out during the worst heat wave of the summer. I called several Angie' s List heating and cooling companies for estimates and availability for quick relief from the heat. I called Climatech on a Sunday night at 7:30 pm. They said they could install the very next day and had the best price of those I called. By early afternoon I had a new working air conditioner! They were men of their word. I am very pleased with Climatech and highly recommend them! <br />

The service turned out well. The problem happened on a Friday. He was the only one I could get out the next day. He was able to get their early and repaired the A/C quickly. They explained the issue very well which I appreciated because sometimes service providers do not explain things well. I would use them again in the future.

He was very good. The prices are very fair. He is very nice and has done a good job for me. The second time he came out for the Air Conditioner he did not charge for the visit. We ended up not using him for the install because he did not have the unit we wanted.

I woke up Friday morning to a sweltering house, a result definitely of two consecutive 100+ degree days. I realized my AC wasn't blowing cold air, so I called a highly rated on Angie's List competitor. They informed me that it was likely a frozen coil, and I would need to keep my AC off for 8 hours before they could look at it.  <br /> When I got home from work and turned it back on, the outside fan would not spin, and no cold air was coming out, so I called them back. They said they could send someone out that night, but it was at $150 an hour, plus parts, which was just too much. <br /> I called all of the A rated companies and the only one that didn't charge extra and could come out on Saturday was Climatech, so I gave it a shot. Best decision I've made in a while. Jeff called Saturday morning to make sure I was still with power, as a storm had knocked out a lot of power in the city. Since I did, he was able to come out early. He was courteous, professional and did a great job fixing my A/C. I appreciated he didn't try to sell me a new one, instead, he fixed it cheaply and told me that I had a good system that just blew a capacitor and I would be ok. All in all, fixed in less than a day for $170 bucks including parts. I would use Climatech again any time I had HVAC needs.

I called on a Saturday morning and Jeff was at our house in about 10 minutes.  We call him any time we have heating/air conditioning issues.  He does not charge extra for weekends or after hours - and his pricing is the best I've found.  He always tries to go with the least expensive method and never tries to sell you anything you don't need.  He has fixed our old furnace, put in a new air conditioner, and put in a new vent stack on top of our house when a storm broke the old one off.

Jeff came out right away when we called for service.  He gave us an estimate that was very reasonable and guaranteed that the final cost would not exceed his estimate.  Several other companies that we contacted were trying to convince us that we needed to replace the entire heating and air conditioning system.  Jeff advised that we make the repair instead of replace the unit because he believed that the unit was fine other than the faulty part.  We appreciated that he did not try to sell us something that we really didn't need. <br /> He ordered the part which was under warranty.  The manufacturer was going to charge for freight on the part, but Jeff convinced them that since the part was under warranty, we should not have to pay an extra charge for the freight.  He ordered the part, scheduled a time to install it as soon as it arrived, and completed the job to our satisfaction.

The last time I asked them to do something but they were busy, so I had to use another company. But, apart from that one incident, they are normally pretty good. Their technicians do a good job and the management of the company is pretty competent. Sometimes, it is hard to get an appointment with them. Overall, I have been satisfied with their service.
