I am reporting Fraud activity to HomeAdvisor who sent me a vendor contracted company named Climate Control Master LLC. The POC name is Kenny York. He fraudulently over charged me $561 my credit card and I sent text messages and called and he didn’t respond at all. I was supposed to pay $900 for the final payment after completion of his work, which was done last Friday 13 October 2023. He said he charged $900 on my credit card. I requested a receipt to my email, he didn’t do it. I found out he overcharged me through my bank.

Kenny York and climate control Masters were very responsive. I had more than one house that needed work and he responded immediately diagnosed the issue gave me a complete honest estimate and performed all the work very well. I have hired him four times now :-) yes I would hire him again honest reasonable and quick.

The service provided by Kenny at Climate Control Services was EXCELLANT. Kenny the Owner came out to look at our AC unit, did a complete diagnostic and had the parts installed the next day (Saturday) at NO Extra charge. Kenny was very professional, courteous and honest with what it would cost me. I'd definitely use his company again and recommend him to anyone who needs there HVAC system looked at.

The work performed on my unit by the owner was impeccable. He explained every step towards the course of completion which helped me understand exactly what was needed and done. I would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone that is in need of any A/C work. I’m a well pleased customer whose A/C unit is still working fine!
