They have perfect service. They have good reasonable responsiveness. I just had them out here yesterday. They called at 11 and they were here at 1. We bought two air conditioners from them in the last fifteen or fourteen years and we had perfect service from them. I would not use anybody else.

<p>Gary was thorough in his approach to examining your previous system. After measuring the outflow and intake from our upstairs unit, Gary advised us that there was not sufficient intake and outflow. This required installing a new intake and replacing a considerable amount of ducting. It also required relocating the attic unit to be closer to the areas to be cooled/heated.</p> <p>In reviewing the proposals, Gary reviewed each in detail and discussed the pros and cons of each unit. We elected to install the top line product from Lennox.</p> <p>On the assigned morning Gary and his crew of 4 showed up on time and commenced work immediately. The crew was dedicated, friendly and focused. The work performed in the attic was top quality. Gary, the owner was on site for the installation 95% of the time. When completed, the crew thoroughly cleaned up inside and outside.</p> <p>I would recommend Gary and Climate Magic without hesitation. We garnered three bids for this work and we decided to go with Climate Magic because of the owners involvement and Angieslist recommendations.</p> <p>You cannot go wrong with Gary and Climate Magic.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

I have worked with this company before; had high expectations, and was not disappointed. <br /> The salesman was thorough in going over industry updates, changes in efficiencies and so on. He calculated prices with utility rebates and other options. <br /> Technicians came as expected with the expected components -- no delays for a trip back to the shop, or the hardware store. They worked diligently throughout the day, getting everything replaced in a timely manner. There were a couple of modifications per city code. The installer was readily able to explain the code and what it means to me. <br /> Everybody from this company has a professional appearance and demeanor. Sales, home office (whoever I talked to when I called) and the technicians all seem to be working together and were well coordinated in the entire process. <br />

My central heating unit passed its inspection. Yea! I have been doing business with the guys from Climate Magic for several years which also includes hearing Michele's sunny voice on the phone. i appreciate now that since I am a senior citizen, the guys looking out for me. Lonnie discovered my CO alarm had an expired expiration date. He also placed the new one on the wall to accommodate my height thus allowing me be able to check it frequently. <br />

I am very impressed with the responsiveness and attention to detail that everybody at Climate Magic provided. I needed to replace a 21 year-old system and called several service providers to provide estimates. Climate Magic was the first to respond and show up. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time and were professional. <br /> They took the time to listen to what issues I had with the current system, took lots of notes and measurements and talked me through different options available. Their sales rep, Nick, was responsive and knowledgeable about their services and products offered. He took the time to go over things I needed and did not need and did not try to upsell me or oversell on products or services that were not really needed like several other service providers I dealt with. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and they came out the next day. When Lonnie arrived, he was very professional, completed his assessment of the situation and made a recommendation. Once I approved the work, he got right to work and took care of the problems in a very efficient manner. He wore shoe covers and cleaned up the work area before he left which I really appreciated. I suppose the price was fair, but as with any unexpected work, it's always more than I would like to spend, but that's not really the company's fault. Climate Magic came highly recommended from a friend and I'll definitely use them again if needed.

Carl was amazing! They were able to send someone out the same day and fix the problem. He was honest and upfront about the cost and problems. The service was amazing. Not only was the A/C unit fixed the same day, but he was able to help me replace filters which had not been changed for a while. Would highly recommend! <br />

Carl was one of the guys that helped put in my present Trane unit in 1985---18 years ago! In fact, I had been using their service long before then. This should prove that there is very little, if any turnover, in personnel which is a great attribute to any provider. I, myself, over the years can only remember being introduced to only one new employee. Their service is excellent in efficiency, knowledge, experience, courteous behavior, and most of all, they are trustworthy.

Both the above were accomplished. I received a good review on my central heating unit's check-up & also, at that time, renewed the yearly maintenance contract. I have used Climate Magic for many, many years and I am sure their very low turnover in employees plays a large part in this. It is rare for me to absolutely trust a service provider but they have that honor. <br />

We still weren't getting heat. They came back a second time and said the heat pump was working now. It still wasn't working. I called and was very angry. The third company that came out said they couldnt even work on it. My son recommended I call Climate Magic. A workman stopped by at 4pm. He agreed that the wiring was wrong and he worked on it. He came back the following evening. He did a great job and represented his company well.

The overall experience was excellent in the initial work done, the repair experience done a few months later (which had nothing to do with the previous work done) and the later visit to explain some maintenance issues and more permanent solutions. I plan to keep using this company and have already recommended them to a friend.

In both cases their work was exceptional. Martin spent a lot of time explaining the procedures during the estimate. The work crew was right on time, and professional throughout. They left our house spotless when the job was done. This is an impressive business with a strong work ethic. I won't trust my home HVAC to anyone else.

Wonderful experience. Carl was very professional, courteous, and informative. It was obvious he was very experienced and did a great job of explaining the work that was needed. Overall, a super nice man too! After work was done, we were concerned ac was still not cooling down very well. Carl came back out same day after 5:00, and checked everything over thoroughly, and it turned out everything was working fine. System just needed some more time to cool the house down. Carl did not seem upset or put out that he had to make a 2nd trip out so late in the day. We will definitely call Climate Magic for any other ac/heating needs, and we'll be sure to request that Carl be our technician.
