My wife and I have been staying in our camper for the past 4 months due to our air conditioning unit not functioning. We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. I was surprised that anyone would come out at that time of evening. Cory called and verified the appointment and stated that “he wants everyone to be comfortable”. He called me on his way to our residence, letting us know he was coming. Cory was very polite and professional. He took his time assessing the problems and discussed the options available for repairs. Unfortunately, our unit was beyond repair and we required a replacement system. Our unit was pretty much antique. Cory and his company assisted us in arrangements for the necessary replacement of the unit. The company personnel were professional, polite and arrived at the scheduled time. They worked through the heat and did a professional job. Excellence!!! Climate Control of Texas saved me over $10,000!! Sears Service Center came and told me I needed a new A/C unit at $10,000 pulse, depending on the unit I picked out. So I decided to get a second opening before I shoveled out 10K. Climate Control of Texas had my A/C blowing cold within 20min of when they parked their service truck in my driveway. Needless to say I did not need a new unit. Prompted arrival time, courteous, professional, quick, but above all else trust worthy. I cannot thank Climate Control of Texas enough. I almost threwaway 10K.

They called me the day before they were coming and said they would be there between 8:00 am to 8:30 am and was knocking at my door at 7:45 am...........3 men worked 14 hrs leaving at 10:00 pm on a Saturday to complete a job that no other company will do!!!!! And my struggles with air conditioning is finally at rest! Thank you Cory, Marlin,Ruben and Devin for the great services that was provided! 5 star rating for all of the above!

Very efficient! Service tech showed up and evaluated and diagnosed the problem. We needed a new outside unit. Another tech brought out a unit and the two changed it out within a couple of hours. <br />Very polite and professional. We will never use another company, these guys were great.

Everything went great! It was all done in a timely manner! Love the new air filter system. The filter has to be replaced every 6 months:)

They were very responsive and qucikc to help. Especially during the summer! The owner even came by to looki at our unit.
