<p>The roof replacement wasn't straight forward but Ed Picciano was diligent in pursuing the manufacturer's rep in getting detailed instructions on how to do the roof properly in a manner that would ensure the manufacturer's (GAF) warranty. </p> <p>The roof had non-soffited eaves and cathedral ceilings so to get proper attic ventilation he had to install the GAF 'Cobra' Intake Pro rooftop vent. This is a relatively new product but it was the ONLY proper way to ventilate the attic without extensive eave re-work. </p> <p>All through the process Ed kept me appraised of the situation; reassuring us that he would get the job done on budget, on time, and properly. Which he did admirably. Call Climax Roofing-they won't let you down. </p>

All the work performed turned out to my satisfaction. I'd like to mention that when they were painting the house, Eddie the owner didn't like the way the paint sprayer was laying down the paint and decided to hand roll the entire house with 2 to 3 coats of paint with no extra charge. He went way above the norm! Overall a great experience and a job well done

They do great work and they are reliable.

I'm here to give a revie for Climax Roofing and Construction out of Westminster Colorado. Working with The owner Eddie was an extremely pleasant experience that you don't usually don't see or expect from your local contractors and went beyond my expxtations. I received 10 to 15 I received 10 to 15 estimates from different estimates from different companies and Eddie's estimate was right in the middle without knowing I had other contractors bidding ... Ed was the only one that stated the roof could most likely go another 2 or 3 years , the other contractors wanted to do the roof right away... The crew was on the job for 2 1/2 days they protected my driveway with 1 inch 4x8 planks covered all the landscape , the clean up was efficient and the install of the roof was updated with a high efficient Venting system and an upgraded breathable underlayment that blew away the competition .. But it's not just the pricing it was working with Eddie the friendly and professionalism that was such a pleasure..I would recommend in the future and have recommended Eddie to many of my friends in the past to Climax Roofing and Construction . If I ver a ne roof again , the first person I would call is Eddie with Climax Roofing and Construction.

The work was completed in the time frame he said it would be, of coarse weather permitting. The roof shingles were above standard Class4 Owens Corning, the other companies wouldn't tell me what grade they would install. The paint job included a base coat of  Kilz then 2 coats on top, the 2nd coat is a different color from the final house color, so you can see they are actually applying several coats. <br /> <br /> We couldn't be any happier with the choice we made with Climax. Our house looks great for years to come, they met and exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We highly recommend Climax!  

We had Eddie replace our roof he was very trustworthy and very honest very hard worker you could trust him and his coworkers ,he made sure that everything is being done properly and up to code.
