Fantastic. Scheduling was easy and friendly. It wasn't an emergency situation so Tammy got me on the schedule for a day and. half after I called. Chris showed up in the first half of the 4 hour time window I was given. Once again, friendly and professional service. Tested water flow to confirm the issue, then snaked out the drains and had me run multiple wash cycles tub draining to ensure no issues.

We had some sewage back up into our basement sink on a Saturday morning. I called Clog Busters based on their Angie’s List reviews. They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. Great customer service and they earned their money working in some frigid and snowy weather. I hope to never have another sewer backup, but if I do, I will call Clog Busters.

A++ Clog-Busters!! We called in the early morning and they were out to our house within a couple of hours. We will definately recommend this company to friends and family! Chris V., the plumber, who was professional and knowledgeable, came to our house and within an hour he had diagnosed, and de-clogged the main drain, and re-set the toilet. He also left our house clean of the debris pulled from the drain. Thank-you!

I have trees in the front of my house. 3 years ago I had a company (Rooter MD) come out and use a high pressure water system to cut the roots out. That cost me $800  The day before I had Rooter MD come out to clear the clog. They charged me $198 to "poke" a hole thru the tree roots of the main line and to clear the laundry room line. However, my laundry tub still did not drain. They told me it was the trap and it would have cost additional money to clear that. They also told me I needed to either pay another $900 for the water jet to fully clear out the tree roots in the main line or pay over $7500 to have my main line replaced or upgraded. Foolishly I let them leave without clearing the laundry tub drain. I tried clearing that drain myself but was not sucessful. <br /> I called Chris from Clog-busters late in the day. He first tried to fit me in but had to schedule me for the next day. He sent his guys out the first thing the next day. They used an "expando-blade" rooter to cut out all of my tree-roots and the cleared the laundry tub drain. they showed me a before and after video of my main drain proving the difference. When they arrived my main drain was already backed up. The $198 I spend with RooterMD was already clogged and basically did nothing. <br /> The video of the drain showed that it was in good shape and these guys told me that tree roots are a common problem that can be resolved by having this expando-blade rooting done every other year. They also told me that they could replace my main for under $4000 if I ever decided to do so. <br /> The bottom line is they are an honest and competent provider that I will be happy to recommend to others and will definitely be using again. <br />

I have used them and they were fine when I did use them. They had given me an estimate for major work that I need in the back for a clean-up thing. They gave me a price of just under $5000. I got other price from someone. I had another guy come, Ed Collins, the price is so much cheaper. I don't think I'd use Clog-Busters again. They were okay for what they were here for but for estimates for the major thing I need, no. They didn't use a camera. He did what he needed to do but I won't call him anymore. I'll call someone else. I have a slab house so you have to go through the toilet. Companies come out here and its harder than they think its going to be. The so-called deal was refunded because it didn't relate to what I needed. I thought they were good. This guy didn't reseal it, I got to do that myself. I thought the pricing was a little bit high but if you can't use your toilet, you pay what you have to pay. It was quick.

It is okay. They did what they needed to do. We needed a company that provided to deal with their strength or whatever. We will use them again. They did fine. They did the special. We were renovating a house and we needed a video of the extra line.

Clog-Busters Sewer & Drain Services LLC are great. They give you a specific quote and they stick to it. They don't add anything to it. They're not the cheapest but they're absolutely the best. He was very clean and cleaned up after himself very well. He told us how to fix things in the future ourselves if anything came up. We didn't have the cash to get the job done the day we called, but he said I could post date a check, and they would come out right that day. They were very punctual and came when they said they would. I would absolutely, absolutely use them again.

This company is awesome! From the first plumber that came out to inspect my pipe to the last day, they were hard working, able to answer questions, and cleaned everything up. I couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with during such a stressful time.  They even stayed until after midnight the first night to make sure we had working plumbing  because my roommate was in a wedding the next day. They went above and beyond and it is much appreciated.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone.  They were referred to me by S and W Plumbing in Taylor (they refer out sewer work). <br />

Pulled and replaced the toilet to gain access.

This was more than 100ft and needed to have an external access added.  The external access to the sewer lines was installed and now the house and to the sewer can be snaked from outside the house.

I called Clog-Busters shortly after 8:00 a.m. and Dan arrived just before 9:30 a.m. <br /> To get the snake into the drains he had to remove the clean-out plug which was original 1939 cast iron. After trying for a couple of minutes he decided it was not going to come loose (no surprise after 75 years!) and proceeded to break it out with a hammer and chisel. <br /> Once the clean-out plug was gone he brought in the snake and within a few minutes the drains were working again.  <br /> By 10:20 a.m.he was pulling out of the driveway. <br /> Dan was professional at all times and did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess. <br /> At $249 (plus $10 to break out and replace the clean-out plug) the price may have been a little high (only a little, my guess was $200 to $225,) but the service could not have been better, faster or more courteous. <br /> I'll definitely call these guys if/when I have a similar problem in the future. <br />

Opened the drains in the basement and seen that one of the drains was almost full of gunk. Was told that it would cost a extra 200.00 to snake it. I told him OK. After he snaked it he then put the camera through and charged a extra 100.00. Thought this was a expensive project since I could of had it snaked for 100.00 through Angie's list. But he was clean and explained all the details. <br />

This company was referred to me by the plumbing company I usually use. I live in a wooded subdivision and my house is surrounded by trees. I have a problem with tree roots clogging the sewer line. The service person(Chris) arrived within the time frame that was given to me. He checked the sewer line and based on the fact that I had a backup of the sewer, he snaked it out. He laid down tarp which was good because that part of my basement is carpeted. He was very courteous and professional and also gave me information on additional services I could use to work with the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with sewer line issues. <br />

The company had great communication prior to the service. They asked pertinent questions about the home before coming out for the inspection. They are very professional. Chris came out and explained what he would be doing. The home I am purchasing was built in the 1930s. So the sewage line has a trap on it to prevent sewer line smells. Chris told me that the camera wouldn't be able to go all the way through the drain because of that. But he showed me as much of the drain as he could. It was actually exciting to see the inner workings and connections of my drainage system on the screen. Chris was very thorough in his explanations. I really appreciated that. Even after he was done, Chris took the time to tell me about an insurance rider that would be beneficial in case of a sewage backup. On top of that, he even told me what the best insurance companies were! As you can probably tell, I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received from Clog-Busters! I highly recommend them.

Washer and dishwasher both drain through this line.  Had started to notice some backup into laundry sink when dishwasher running.  Was doing laundry one day at same time  dishwasher draining and the sink totally backed up--nothing would drain.  Emptied water from sink and could see nothing blocking.  Called and they scheduled to come out promptlly.  Using cleanout, the technician snaked the line well past the next drain connection.  Problem solved and things have been draining well since.  Technician was knowledgeable and offered advice about the drains and usage given the type of pipes and their age.  This was about the 3rd time we've used this service for some drain and they've always been prompt and helpful. <br /> Should note that the Dearborn company address shouldn't prevent people from calling--I'm over an hour away from Dearborn and no problem getting service.  I believe they have technicians throughout the area. <br />

I called them and spoke to chris who sent out a service tech within 45 minutes.  The tech was clean, efficient and professional.  he was able to complete the job with minimal disruption to the sink and cleaned up thouroughly after he was done,  in all, a great experience and well worth the cost since no cuts had to be made to my walls.  I will definately use them again in the future for any clog that is beyond a regular plumbing company. <br />

They are very reliable and reasonable. They knew best what to do with my old pipes. Another company had recommended a water jet, but Clog-Busters knew that would bust it. They used a powerful snake to clear my drain.
