The toilet has been working great for quite some time now. They showed up a little late at the time, but other than that, absolutely no complaints.

Everybody I spoke to was polite and professional. They assessed the situation and knew exactly what the problem was. They returned in a timely manner, replaced the pipe and spotlessly cleaned up afterwards. The job was completed quickly, professionally and cost friendly. We are very happy to have found them. We will continue to use them for other plumbing jobs.

Clog Busters carefully removed the patio slabs to find the sewer access and then unclogged the line (going 100ft). They put things back in order as if they were not even there. A very quick and professional job!

Called Clog Busters. Chris was out in the field and came to our house within the 1 1/2 hr time frame stated. He assessed the problem. Stated the cost of replacement of sump pump (with the same quality manufacturer) along with the labor cost. After we agreed to the work, he stated that he would be back in 1/2 hr with the replacement pump. And he was! Also replaced part of the discharge pipe. Pump works great! Chris also carted away the old debris! Very professional, clean, prompt and price was very reasonable.

They explained the problem and showed us what was wrong, fixed it and cleaned up and left everything very tidy. We will definitely call them again for any future problems.

Chris and Al came in the late afternoon to assess the problem, ran a video camera into one of the waste lines but couldn't get to the other one without removing a toilet. They offered to stay well into the evening to continue, but since it wasn't an emergency, I sent them home (or to the next job?) around 6p. They came back the next time, removed the toilet (which needed re-setting anyway), sent their camera down the pipe and found the damage. Jack hammered the concrete in the garage, cut away the old cast iron pipe that was so brittle it broke in their hands, and replaced it with PVC. After checking everything, they covered it all back up, replacing the concrete the width of the garage, and cleaned up after themselves. They worked tirelessly, happily and were very friendly with me and with each other. Chris even suggested that I contact the house insurance to see if it might be covered. To my surprise, most of it WAS a covered expense. Who knew?! Would I hire them again? You bet!!

Chris and Alan did a great job. I thought my shower drain was clogged but it turned out that the pipes had been installed incorrectly by the previous homeowner so they fixed them and it works perfectly now. They also fixed a slow cold water faucet by unclogging it. They were able to come the same day I called which was a big help. I would recommend them.

He came as an emergency because of pipes that froze and burst, and came after hours and worked till I was able to have water which was late in the evening. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and neat. I would recommend his services and I have him coming back for another unrelated job. <br />

Chris and Al are great to work with!  Arrived as promised, reviewed requested plumbing work, gave me an estimate and started immediately.  They replaced a water valve and a corroded drain pipe under the kitchen sink.  They also unclogged a bathroom sink and replaced washers.  Chris noticed the hot water temperature was way too high and that would quickly wear out washers so he reduced temperature and showed me how to control it.  They worked quickly, safely and cleaned up afterwards.  The price was very fair and I would absolutely call Chris again for my next plumbing repair. <br />
