We have a very small master closet (5'x8'). It was nearly unusable. It is now extremely organized, has enough shelving to hold all our shoes (about 80 pairs) and there's even enough room for us to get dressed inside the closet for privacy. I have two other closets I plan on having done in the near future for better organization/storage. The process was very smooth (tear out and paint day 1, complete installation day 2). I highly recommend!

Not so great. Their tear-out guy never used a baffle curtain and Sheetrock dust spread ALL THROUGHOUT my downstairs. Inside the refrigerator evaporator coil, in between the planks on my wood floor. All over my upholstered furniture, inside all of my kitchen cabinets and drawers, plates, bowls, all over my drapes, curtains - everything I owned was covered in sheet rock dust. The avocados in a bowl on my island were white. I kindly asked for a discount on this project so I could pay for a cleaning service, and the company agreed. But after I told them about my dry cleaning bills for my drapes, and the hundreds of dishes, plates, bowls, cookware, utensils, and glasses that I had to wash in the dishwasher, which took me DAYS, they still insisted on my paying the final balance of $500. Really??? I couldn’t believe it. They then stripped me of the warranty on the project and now, if anything goes wrong as the house shifts, I’m on my own. A terrible way to do a tear-out, and a terrible way to treat a customer, who, by the way used had them twice before. Never again...

Outstanding delivery from start to finished. Ms. Julie Green was superb in designing and overseeing the installation of the organizers. She kept us informed throughout the entire process. The installers were courteous and professional. We strongly recommend this company and specifically Julie Green. We will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Wall to wall design/make over of home storage closet for household items. Maximized space with creative storage touches: deep see through drawer for linen napkins;, use of pull out, very strong pants hangers for table cloths;, pull out deep drawer for rolls of wrapping paper, divided storage for many gift bags. Every inch of available space utilized: fantastic! <br /> Iterative process was fun and handled very professionally by Design Consultant Julie Green. <br /> Original dates for tear out and install were met. installation took one day. In spite of requiring backing on one wall after made quote, did not charge for it. <br /> This is my second project with them. The first was a complete garage make over that went just as well. Would do another! <br />

Our designer was Julie Green. She was terrific to work with! Very professional, and always had great suggestions and ideas to solve our closet issues. The demo crew arrived on time and did a quick and thorough job. The installation team, led by Juan, also did a wonderful job! Juan was quick to make minor adjustments as we suggested them. We couldn't be happier with the results! Oh, would have been even better if it cost less....but it was a fair price. Thanks, Julie!!! <br />

<p>Very pleased with the purchase and experience. The consultant for Closet Factory, Kim Klemme, came to hour home and spent several hours measuring our closets, evaluating our storage needs and providing storage options. So to not waist anybody's time unnecessarily she provided an approximate cost upfront for custom closet storage. Once it was decided that the approximate cost was within our budget she spent additional time making a detailed scale drawing of the closets as well as building a 3D computer model of the closet storage so we could fully understand what it would look like. </p> <p>This is 100% custom storage and NOT storage bought at the Big Box Store and put together as a DIY project. Closet Factory had a large selection of materials and options from which to choose.</p> <p>Due to the fact this is custom made storage there was a delay of approximately 4-weeks from the time the order was placed before the storage was installed. The installation, while scheduled for 2-days, took only one day to complete with two guys doing the installation. Both installers were very professional and took time to make sure everything fit properly and looked good before they left. They cleaned-up after themselves and made sure I was able to inspect the installation before they left.</p> <p>We are very happy with the new closet storage and now have more storage than we ever did before. We will use Closet Factory again in the future and will recommend to friends and family.</p>

.The change--and the access we have to our clothes and shoes=-is wonderful. The rods are steel. The shelves are heavy and sturdy. There are special places for belts, scarves, socks, jewelry. Long spaces for hanging pants; shorter spaces for hanging blouses and shirts. Special shelving for shoes. <br /> The amazing part is that you can see everything you have. I found shoes I forgot I had! <br /> <br /> I had new carpeting laid in both of the master-bedroom closets before the Closet Factory started their work. This made the closets completely fresh when the Closet Factory carpenters were finished. It is a delight to walk in the closet. I can't believe it's my closet. I keep opening the door just to appreciate it. I wish I had spent the money long ago and had this done. Now I don't dread walking in that closet. I've know it all along, but it is easy to push out of your mind and forget: Organization equals peace of mind in all things. <br /> When you call, tell them you want to work with Kim Klemme. Kim will measure your closets--even with all your stuff inside. She has worked for Closet Factory for twenty years and knows what she's doing. She is efficient. She asks all the right questions to get you a closet that will work with every inch of space you have. She even counted the number of shoes I had! I had no idea I had 50 pairs of shoes. I had no idea I had a lot of things! <br /> The workers are efficient and show up on time. They come when they saw they'll come. They bring rolling rods with them for all your clothes. As many as you need. This makes everything much easier. <br /> Organization equals peace of mind in all parts of your life. I have always known this, but it is easy to forget. Remodeling my closet forces me to deal with getting rid of things that were taking up space in the valuable real estate inside my closet. It gave me freedom. All aspects of the experience went real well. Carolyn was very professional and well versed in the closet design. She worked with me to determine our needs and came up with a great design. She came back with the initial design and meet with me again to go over the design. After tweaking the a few of the components she re-drew the plans and immediately called to schedule an installation date. Carolyn was so helpful. My husband has a chest of drawers that belonged to his grandfather and she was able to incorporate the drawers into the design. We are so pleased with the way it turned out. My husband and I did the rip out of existing closet. The instillation was scheduled for two weeks after the design was decided on. I felt this was very expedient. The gentlemen that did the instillation were also very professional. They came at the given time and were ready to work. They were organized and methodical. It was obvious that they were pros at putting in the closet. They had told us that it could be a two day installation but the men did it in one. It was perfect. I tell all my friends about the Closet Factory. I had absolutely no bad issues with this company or any of their employees. <br /> Thanks again to Carolyn, she made me feel good about the money I was spending.

We got prices and designs for our master closets from multiple companies. We were extremely happy with Julie's <br /> knowledge, professionalism, and design ideas. We met with Julie at the warehouse to pick out materials and see the 3D Design. We were very happy throughout the design process. <br /> Unfortunately, issues arose when it was time for the installation of our closets. We were scheduled to install the closets on Friday and Saturday. They called Friday morning to let us know that one of their machines had broken and they weren't able to put the banded edges on our cabinetry. We were disappointed to know on the day of our installation our project wasn't even ready to be installed. We were told the crew would show up between 9am-11am on Saturday. They showed up closer to 11am, we were surprised considering they were a day behind. The biggest disappointed came when the crew left at about 2:30PM because they again did not have all the pieces and parts finished and with them. We had to wait another week to finally finish our closets. We were very happy with the end result - our closets look gorgeous! But they have major issues with execution. <br /> We recently again, got multiple prices and designs to put cabinetry in our garage. Julie created an amazing design and a price that we were happy with, so we decided to give Closet Factory another chance since their finished product is amazing. <br /> Again, more issues with the installation have come up. Our butcher block countertops were on back order, so they installed the cabinetry without the countertop. And when they finally came back to install the correct countertop they were late. They were supposed to show up between 9am-11am. And we received a call at 9am that they were still working on the countertop and would show up between 11am-1pm. For people who work- this is a huge inconvenience. When the crew finally showed up - they had incorrectly measured and cut out our sink wrong. Now we have to reschedule for them to come out. Again, the finished project will <br /> look amazing but when you spend $25K+ on something you expect the execution to be better. <br /> Timeliness, lack of planning, and execution are major issues for this company! <br /> <br /> <br />

.Extraordinary design process and implementation: two trips to show room and two trips by designer to house to ensure measurements. Designer VERY professional. <br /> Installation was as planned with just a minor glitch:: had to come back and install a special handle for my wife which not what they usually do but very accommodating to do this. <br /> On time/on budget. <br /> <br />
