Pam has designed two master closets for me. She listens to what you want and takes into consideration all your clothes, shoes, purses, etc. and designs a space for everything. When it came to installation Johnny and Daniel were excellent, very professional and clean. I will definitely use them again.

*Repeat Customers* We had Soana and the Closet Factory install custom closets in our last home in 2021. We were so satisfied with the service and product that we knew we wanted to come back and have them install a custom primary closet in our new home! Soana did an amazing job with the design and Alex and Greyson completed the install. Everyone was professional and courteous. I liked that Alex and Greyson checked with us throughout the install, even for small things like where we wanted the handles on our doors. We absolutely love our closet system and would recommend them to anyone looking for custom closets/pantry/garage, etc.

Alex and Greysen were assigned to install our closets for the big summer remodel. They were punctual both days and very considerate insisting on wearing shoe booties over their shoes when walking through the house. Great craftsmanship and attention to detail. Everything is level and very nicely done. Amazing work!

Closet Factory gets 5 stars +. From design to installation everything was smooth, efficient and to my ultimate satisfaction. Claudia Engel listened to my vision and executed it precisely how I imagined it. She just nailed it and with such professionalism and expertise; the end results were amazing and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My installers Alex and Greysen were on time, professional, respectful and worked diligently, steadily and carefully for 9 hours!. They were so meticulous and made sure everything was perfect. Their craftsmanship is over the top. They definitely take great pride in their work and the finished project. Thank you Closet Factory for a job well done and better then I imagined!

If I could give more stars for my experience at Closet Factory, I would! Haydee and Alex were exceptional. I could not be happier with Closet Factory from start to finish. Haydee was pleasant, reliable, responsive, patient, talented, artistic, creative and all around delightful to work with. We loved her final design. The installation by Alex was fabulous. He did an outstanding job - and was working all by himself to do the entire primary closet in our home. I very highly recommend the Closet Factory team of Haydee and Alex in Las Vegas.
