Sorry I took so long to write this review! Don Cuffari and his company are professional and courteous. Don had good ideas to help us organize our walk-in-closet for our master bedroom. His team was very organized and efficient. They also stand behind thier work. We had some delamination of the material and they returned two times until it was repaired to our satisfaction. The products have worked well in the 4 years since the installation and repair. <br />

Don and his installers did a great job. I had several companies come out to see our pantry/broom closet situation (two very deep closets side by side in a 1920s house with poor storage) and Don's design was superior to all the others. He was the only one to suggest swapping the closets so the pantry would be larger (it seems so obvious now, but no one else suggested it!) Don was easy to work with and his installers were neat, pleasant and professional. The price was neither the highest nor the lowest we received- it was well within reason for the job that was done. It was a pleasure to work with Don- I give him and Closettec my highest recommendation. <br />

I worked closely with the owner, Don Cuffari. I think that the quality of work was excellent. The price was also more competitive than other closet organizing providers. They also completed the job when they said it would be completed. The work turned out fantastic!

Don came to my house to discuss my needs and budget. He measured all the areas, made recommendations, and was very professional and friendly. Within a weeks time, he not only came back with a quote but he had drawings so we could see exactly what we would be paying for (unlike the other two closet companies). His quote was slightly higher but I appreciate that he took the time to lay everything out, and provide a variety of options. Frank, the installer, was wonderful as well. He was punctual, didn't leave a mess behind, and stayed until the job was done to perfection.

Everything turned out beautifully. They were extremely responsive and accommodating, they worked quickly to perfect the entertainment center. Don is a very nice person and is very good to work with. He has a designer's taste and knows what looks good and what does not. He is good with color and design and does wonderful work. The prices are not cheap, but the quality of the work was worth the cost. He is extremely punctual and is sometimes even early. He is very good about calling if he will be late. I will absolutely plan to use him again in the future. If I can afford it, I will happily invite him back for more projects, and I would not trust anyone else to do the work.

I worked with them before and was very pleased with them then. The owner is very good. He is very fair and good about getting back with you and showing up on time. The guys that came to do the work were unbelievable. They were patient and were perfectionists. They did a wonderful job. They came back on their own time because there were some complications. Something needed to be taken back, but there were no hassles. The guys came back at night and worked an additional 3 hours and then came back this morning to finish up the work when they were technically off the clock. They were very pleasant about it and did a wonderful job. They were good about cleaning up after themselves and calling to let us know they were coming or giving us any information. I would have no problem working with them again and would recommend them. If there are any problems, the owner is good about fixing them.

HIS PRICES SEEM TO BE FAIR. HE IS RESPONSIVE IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS AND TAKES CARE OF THEM QUICKLY. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I DID HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A WORKER WHO CAME OUT TO INSTALL THINGS, AND DON CORRECTED THE PROBLEM TO MY SATISFACTION. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE I REALLY LIKE DON AND HE HAS INTEGRITY.

WE PUT THEM UP AGAINST 2 OTHER CLOSET COMPANIES. THEY CAME VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THEY INSTALLED MELAMINE SYSTEMS. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID AND INSTALLED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE CLOSET SYSTEMS LOOK GREAT.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE FOR OTHER CLOSETS IN MY HOME. I FIND THEM PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT AND THE INSTALLATION IS EXCELLENT. CLOSET SYSTEMS THAT WERE INSTALLED 5 YEARS AGO, LOOK LIKE THEY WERE INSTALLED YESTERDAY. I WOULD ONLY HAVE THIS COMPANY DO MY CLOSETS.

THEY WORKED WITH OUR SCHEDULE AND ARRIVED ON TIME. WHEN THE INSTALLER SHOWED UP HE NOTICED A SMALL PROBLEM WITH A HEATING DUCT IN THE CLOSET. HE HAD TO GO BACK TO HIS SHOP TO MAKE A MINOR ADJUSTMENT AND RETURNED PROMPTLY. THEY EVEN RECOMMENDED A CLOSET DOOR GUY SO WE COULD GET BIFOLD DOORS AND GET FULL USE OF OUR NEW CLOSET. WE LOVE IT!

THEY WERE CAREFUL AND KIND OF A PERFECTIONIST. WANTED TO MAKE SURE THE JOB GOT DONE RIGHT. NICE TO DEAL WITH AND HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THE WORK THEY DID WAS VERY GOOD, AND THEY GAVE A $100 DISCOUNT FOR BEING AN ANGIE'S LIST MEMBER, BUT THERE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING REGARDING AN EXTRA PROJECT

REASONABLE PRICES, GOOD DESIGNS; PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, CREATIVE; WHEN MEMBER SUGGESTED CHANGES, THEY WERE ABLE TO INTEGRATE THEM INTO THE DESIGN
