They did an amazing job on replacing my roof. The crew was excellent very efficient and quick the workmanship is very high-quality. I would recommend them to anyone there was not a long wait from the moment. I signed a contract. It was just a few days, The supplies was delivered and they were there the next morning getting it done.

Robert came out and inspected my roof. Explained all my options and answered all my questions. He made a very stressful situation for me go very smooth. He's very professional and you can't be his rates. His guys came out and tore the old shingles off and put new ones on and tore down an add on 8n the back that was badly damaged during the ice storm, and they did it all in one day! I was very impressed! Him and his guys went above and beyond, keeping me updated and 8nformed throughout the process. I highly recommend this company! I could not have been more satisfied with the finished product. These guys are absolutely awesome!

Robert and Cloud Nine Roofing are real pros. We had a tree take out our roof during Ice Storm Fern and they were extremely responsive. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship are excellent. We had a metal roof installed and Robert made sure we were happy every step of the process.

This contractor did a great job and got it done in one day. However, the person who came to do the work on my home did not come to my door to introduce himself, he just came and started working on my home. He worked from 2pm to 9:30 pm, with a break in between to go to Home Depot to grab more supplies to finish the job. He didn?t even tell me that he was finished either. Then there was a bit of communication breakdown between the owner and I when it came to payment, I thought I would be able to pay him with my debit card but at the time of payment, he informed me that there would be an extra 3.5% surcharge added because of the app he had to use to process my payment, which would have blown my budget. So I had to go to the bank and take out cash. Overall, the work was excellent, but I wish there was a bit more on the customer service side of the equation.

The company was great and very nice. They were here at 6:00 am and finished by 2:00 pm. They cleaned up after themselves and we are so excited for the new roof. It looks so good and if you are wanting a new roof I suggest you contact Robert at Cloud Nine they are truly wonderful
