Ryan did an excellent job on my paver sidewalk. The project came out more beautifully than I planned on. Very efficient and friendly!

Had them tear out an old block wall along my driveway and rebuild it. they were fast, polite, and the work was good.

Ryan repaired our front porch which had bricks falling off from weak mortar. He fixed it in a very timely manner and he was quite reasonable. I'd highly recommend him for any masonry job. Thank you, Ryan. The porch looks awesome!

The project was at max, a 4-day job. He took about two weeks. The reason it took so long, when questioned, to which he denied, he was working on other projects and would come at the end of the day and spend an hour or two. So it took about two weeks to finish. In the end, because the day was getting late and he wanted to be finished with the project cause it was at the end of the day because he came at the end of the day, applied the final product, which was supposed to be Polymer Sand, but he use some cheap homemade crap that first of all, stained all the new stones with a milky white film, and permeated into the stone and now wouldn't come out. Plus, the Sand-Paste he used to cement the stones together, didn't work. The complete job is ruined. The stones need now to be Power washed to try and remove some of the white film permeated into the stone. Plus, the Sand-Paste use needs to be washed away so that the right product, Polymer Sand can be used to bond the stones together.

He didn?t do a great job and promised to go back if his work needs repair. But he just kept on ghosting our text and never went back to repair the awful job that he did.

I hired Blackstone Masonry to build a brick mailbox. The owner was extremely friendly and was meticulous with his work. When the mailbox was completed he and his helper cleaned thoroughly. I will absolutely hire Blackstone again for any masonry work I need. Very skilled work at a fair and reasonable price.

Ryan had give us an estimate on a retaining wall, and scheduled us very quickly after sending the invoice. He was efficient, and did such a great job. Best price in town that I found too. Highly recommend blackstone!

I immediately was contacted by the owner, and he promptly arrived for the estimate. I received the paperwork same day, with a wonderful price. He came out and took care of the tuckpointing on the outside of the house that was badly needed. He also was very friendly, comminicative, and did such a great job. I highly recommend blackstone masonry! Very pleased with the work.

This guy charged me 10000.00 to replace all the floor insulation under my mobile home and to replace the underpin due to flood damage due to hurricane Helene also replaced a bathroom floor which will have to be replace because it is not done correctly had to have another contractor to come fix the supply line left leaking and the floor insulation that was brought to the job is literally still under the house in a roll has not been replaced contacted Ryan he stated he did not charge me he charged my insurance company never showed up before 1 or 2 in the day working in the dark so if you want to be took advantage of during such a devastating time let him come help you out

Quality work at a fair price.

Blackstone Masonryâ s owner, Ryan, was chosen to repair a concrete chimney leak. He inspected the chimney and gave me a reasonable estimate. After hiring Blackstone for the job, it was a few days later that he misjudged the amount of work and increased his price from $3500 to $5000. No problem, it happens. But rather than show up each day to finish the work, he showed up most days in the afternoon or sometimes not at all. When I asked when he would be at the house so I could plan my day, he said, â Iâ ll get there when I get there.â The chunks of concrete he dislodged damaged my shingles by creating large holes in my new roof. I had them repaired at my expense in the middle of his job so I wouldnâ t have a leak in case of rain. When the supposed 3 day job was completed 3 weeks later, there were sections of ridge cap that were severely cracked by Ryan placing 2 x 10â s across my dormers with heavy buckets of concrete on top. When I texted and called Ryan several times about fixing this damage, he ignored me. I had a roofer repair the damage for $125 and called Ryan to ask for reimbursement but again, no response. unfortunately, I was out of town when the job was finished and had my daughter pay Blackstone. I wish that I had waited to inspect the job before I paid him. My suggestion? Avoid this company and avoid the surprises youâ ll get after the start of the job.
