Clutch City Roofing, LLC

DO NOT hire Clutch City Roofing LLC (or the owner Carlos Cuevas). The owner of Clutch City Roofing LLC, Carlos Cuevas, is a scammer and thief. I hired Clutch City Roofing LLC (Carlos Cuevas) to repair my roof/patio. The contract I signed with them included a "3 year workmanship warranty". A year or so after they "repaired" my roof/patio, I began having the same problems I initially hired them to fix. Carlos Cuevas/Clutch City Roofing LLC came back out to my house and acknowledged that they had not properly repaired my roof/patio and told me they would schedule a time to make the repairs. Carlos Cuevas/Clutch City Roofing LLC told me they would come to complete the repairs a few weeks after assessing and acknowledging their mistakes. They never showed up on the day Carlos Cuevas assured me they would return and complete the repairs and have ignored all of my calls, texts, and emails since (it has been multiple months that I've been trying to contact Carlos Cuevas/Clutch City Roofing LLC). Carlos Cuevas has completely ignored all of my outreaches and made it clear that he does not intend to uphold the contract he signed. I am now forced to pursue legal action against Carlos Cuevas/Clutch City Roofing LLC. DO NOT TRUST Carlos Cuevas/Clutch City Roofing LLC with your business. They provide sub-par work and will not uphold their end of the contract when mistakes are made in their work.

I had a opening on my porch that I wanted closed. The crew that did my roof decked it and put the shingles over it so my whole roof is done in one lover it.

Replaced my entire roof in a day. They work fast but still maintain a high quality of work. They are very responsive. I had a minor roof leak and called another company that basically tried to scare me into NOT filing an insurance claim and instead pay for a full replacement out of pocket. Clutch city roofing was recommended to me, so I gave them a call. Completely different experience. Very nice and professorial, met me in person, worked around my schedule. Clutch city's said I needed to make a claim for the simple fact that it shows that I care about my house and im trying to keep the problem from getting worse. Filed a claim, insurance agreed with Clutch city roofing and replaced my entire roof and even did some updates to allow more heat to vent out of the roof keeping my house cooler in the summer.

He did a good job. Got the job done efficiently and guaranteed.
