"So just let me start bye saying there are some people you shouldn't do business with from the curbside view of the house very dirty and unorganized. Tenant came to the door in a pokiemon one zee she was half a sleep at 10am washer was 15yrs old stacked unit in a closet that was to tight to even to get unit out. Tenants were hippys looked like they were doing drugs all night long. I felt I needed to leave asap. I even had here pay the service call out side the house was a wreck inside I maybe should of wore a mask might now have to get tested for covid. She did get an email estimate for the owner to see also. this lady is a wack job. Glad she wrote first so people can read this and decide on what is a fair review."
"Some people that leave reviews really need to think before that write a review. In this case the customer didn’t want to repair the unit because the cost of the repairs would of been to much. Replacing the unit made the best Senicero. He made the choice so now I’m the bad one???We tell the customer we charge 85.00 before we go out and that it will go towards repairs. "We don’t know as a company what we are going up against on parts available until we get out to the customer house. We get the model and serial number to research the parts. This is done by all service company’s we alway have done this in our trade. Customer didn’t understand this so is it my fault that the parts are not available? We need to get paid the service fee for our time,fuel,and insurance. Sorry that you feel that way about the bad news on your repair on frig. Best of luck on you Nexted frig. Have a blessed day."
"I am at the customers house to verify that the water valve was leaking upon my arrival I inspected the part the part was leaking when ahead and research the part and the part is no longer available and told customer that he could possibly get the part online through a third-party and adopt Koy customer understood that the part was no longer available himself."
