CMG Paving & Seal Coating

Removing the concrete was completed and some weeding done. They left the project when they unearthed an underground gas line, without notifying me; removed my gutter drainage without replacing them, left a pile of gravel at the end of the driveway which I believe was to deter traffic due to exposed gas line, ripped my banister off my back porch, which he did tell me about that accident, I last spoke with him around 6/29 or 6/30 when he told me everyone in his house was sick but he'd be out to the driveway on Monday which would have been the 4th of July (really!) after a no show he then stopped answering my texts or calls. After being informed about the exposed gas line I had to call Nipsco who came to investigate and discovered this was a high alert situation and within the hour I had a minimum of 6 technician vehicles and backhoes, etc to fix the situation to insure my house didn't explode from the exposed gas line.
