CMV Contracting insulated and finished our garage. Chance and Loki were responsive to our requests for specific types of materials. They were patient when we wanted to schedule it this year instead of last year. The two men working to finish our garage were great. They did an amazing job! They left the job site and garage clean. I highly recommend CMV Contracting. I contacted them about adding a deck to my home after finding them on Facebook and reaching out for a quote. Chance came by, took measurements, discussed the project with me, and provided both a fair price and a clear timeline. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way and even worked directly with the building inspector to help secure the required variance for the deck. Although the process took longer than expected due to city approvals and permitting, they remained professional, patient, and helpful the entire time. Once the variance was approved and the permit was issued, the crew worked tirelessly from early morning until sunset to complete the project. The finished deck turned out amazing — I absolutely love it. I would gladly hire CMV Contracting again for future projects.

Chance and Loki are an incredible team and I’ve had great experiences with CMV Contracting! I had an emergency leak in my ceiling that needed to be patched and the guys came and took care of it right away at a reasonable cost. Chance didn’t leave until the job was done perfect. It’s this level of excellence that sets these guys apart. Loki has also gone above and beyond to help with other projects at my home. These guys are professional and hardworking, would highly recommend!

We have had these 2 young gentlemen, plus their team do 2 major projects around our house now. We completely trust them to do these projects, but to do it thoroughly and with integrity.
