Initially everything looked great, however shortly after installation we noticed that one of the gates had broken as well as there are puncture holes in the outside exterior. A week later we noticed that several of our sprinkler lines were broken during installation. We contacted C&N through text and was told that the fence and hinges are under warranty and they would come back out and fix it. We did not hear back from them after the initial complaint. After several contacts in Jan, Feb, Mar, Jun and lastly July; the fence is starting to slope and another gate has broken. The sprinklers are still broken. When we contacted C&N in June, she acknowledged the repairs needed and apologized that the ball was dropped. Again she said that they would come out and repair the fence, but claimed to not be responsible for the sprinklers broken? We did not sign anything releasing them from liability. In another effort to get our fence/gates/sprinklers repaired, we reached out to them on social media in a local forum, simply asking them to contact us to get the repairs completed. We tried to set a date for them to come out, but were unable to get a specific date/time because apparently they only do service calls 2x a month? All she would say is they would come out on a Thursday. As of a week ago, she has stated in text that they will not come out and do the repairs unless the man in the house contacts them. Given some unprofessional text messages sent by C&N and a public rant on social media; Quite frankly, he does not want to deal with them further and we do not want them back on the property. It's very hard to trust a disgruntled contractor. We've contacted an attorney to handle the entire matter. It truly is a shame that it has come to this. I know they are a fledgling company and we referred plenty of people their way as well as wrote a very positive review before we realized the incurred damages. Perhaps our experience will change their policy in terms of repairs and customer service. If not, let the buyer beware.

We are extremely satisfied with the quality and professionalism of C&N Fence. They were the quickest to respond to our request for a quote, they quality of the fence provided was exceptional and were very professional with their installation. When a few minor problems cropped up, they dealt with them faster than we expected (the same day we called) and fixed the issue. We would highly recommend them.

I paid $250 extra for a steel frame around a large gate because they said it was the best way to go to make the gate open smoothly. Their new gate doesn't open. The 2nd gate bounces because they didn't fix the post that was bad to begin with. They assured me they could fix what the prior bozos hosed. Because it was a few days before Christmas, and they assured me they would be done in an hour or so, and I had to leave the house before they said they would be done, I made the mistake of paying them the balance due. I came back later and found both gates were hosed and called them. At first they tried to say it was the fault of the prior fence installer that made their gates not work with the bad posts. When I reminded them the whole point of hiring them was to fix the prior bad job they assured me they would come back to make it right. Two phone calls and a week later one of their guys put a diagonal wire on half the width of the large gate. Obviously there was absolutely no change in function. I called them three different times to see when they would come out to fix the gates and each time they gave me a new date but never showed, nor did they call to postpone. My son visited and put a new gate in at a different location and it works better than the "professional" job. It has been a month and I have still not heard from them. It's just disappointing that my gesture of kindness prior to the holidays was rewarded this way. Now I have to pay someone else to fix what they didn't.

Nicole from C&N came out immediately and gave me a reasonable quote. She was very professional and knowledgeable and has a pleasant and very upbeat demeanor. The pricing was fair, and the idea of a small family owned company appealed to me. I agreed to allow C&N to proceed with the work. The next day they were at my house, removing the old fence and installing the new one. Chuck was amazing. The fence he installed was straight as an arrow and square in every aspect. It was refreshing to see somebody take that much pride in their work. He actually pointed out a place where he could not make it perfect because my sprinkler lines were in the way. Now that is far above and beyond in my opinion. I would highly recommend this company, and have already told neighbors about my amazing experience I had dealing with C&N. Nicole and Chuck are wonderful people to work with! They had the best price out of about 6-8 quotes. Nicole was always readily available. Work was completed when they said, in fact sooner that expected. Any tweaking requested was immediately taken care of. Our fence is absolutely beautiful and I HIGHLY recommend them for your fencing needs!

I couldn't be on the property at the time of the install but my tenant was. He raved about how hard working and what had good ethics the owner had. He said I should use this company on all my properties. He even kept their name for his friends to use. They allowed me to go to the property and inspect it before calling in my payment.

The owners are very prompt and professional, they took extra care in making sure everything was square and looked uniform. Additionally, Chuck consulted me before making any changes due to sprinkler heads, landscape concrete, etc. His attention to detail was a breath of fresh air. The entire crew was very easy to work with, the fence looks and works great. After receiving several quotes, C&N was by far the most reasonable dollar wise while the service was priceless. I'd highly recommend.

Working with C&N was fantastic. They answered the phone when called, or called back quickly when unavailable. They were able to schedule the new fencing within a week. They showed up on time, looked professional, were very friendly, and happily answered my questions about fence care, warranty, and durability. The product they use feels and looks high quality, and they took the time to custom make the gate to ensure it fit the space. They took great care to make sure the yard and house looked good when they were finished and clearly took pride in their work and reputation. Without sounding cliche, they treated our new fence as if it were going in their own yard. I have already recommended them to numerous neighbors looking to get fence work done.

Nicole calls when she says she will call. She sends the quote when she says she'll send the quote. She replies to emails quickly, often in minutes. Chuck's work shows his work ethic and pride. The fence was well aligned and the yard wasn't unnecessarily torn up. We ended up with a clean look that's giving our dogs a chance to run around. They installed the entire fence in one day. I don't think you can ask for a better job than that. Very professional. Their quote was very competitive with other quotes we received and they scheduled us timely.

C&N Fencing was professional from start to finish. The proposal process was done quickly and they were priced very favorably. The did everything they said they were going to do, on time and at budget. We even made changes during the course of installing and they greeted the change request warmly. The were very communicative, very punctual and very professional and were are beyond pleased with the quality of work they did. I would whole-heartedly recommend using C&N Fencing and afforded the opportunity I would definitely use them again!

The team at C&N Fence was very professional from beginning to end. They came out and took a look at what we needed done and asked us about what type of fencing and gates we were looking for. We were provided with the estimates/quotes that we asked for in a very timely manner. Once we made a decision, the materials were ordered and the job was scheduled. Everybody was professional during the installation and they were very respectful of our home and property, which was really wonderful. I would definitely use C&N again and I have recommended them to my neighbor, who is interested in replacing some of his fence.
