They were able to fix it when another company told me I should just go buy a new refrigerator. Only complaint is lack of communication; waited a day to find out they weren't coming because the part didn't come in. Once the part arrived they rescheduled & took care of the repair in good time.

Great communication leading up to the appointment, showed up in a mask without us having to ask (thank you!), and literally saved us by pointing out faulty venting work performed by our roofers earlier in the year. Highly recommend CNS Repair!

They worked very diligent on an LG refrigerator with a known manufacturer's issue, the technicians diagnosed a compressor problem and they did get a compressor 2 times, and made some calibrations after. The good thing about the technicians that came to us was, they stick on the project to resolved the issue, and finally able to fixed the problem for us, this is a manufacturer's defect, but they made sure that the repairs done would worked for us.

They were courteous, timely, and the serviceman wore a mask at all times while in our home. He got the replacement done quickly once the part arrived. The price was a little higher than I expected, but not out of line. Would definitely hire them again.

My selling retailer could not provide warranty service on my new washer for 3 weeks or longer. I called CNS because the washer was unusable without a working detergent dispenser. CNS sent technician Amye two days after I called. Her initial diagnosis was 2 defective water pressure valves. She ordered the parts immediately. When the parts arrived 7 days later, CNS called me back to schedule a return service call to install the parts. The call was scheduled at my convenience two days later, when Amye returned and installed the replacement water pressure valves. The washer now works properly and I still have not heard anything from the selling retailer.

The repair was top notch but I think a little bit pricy for the work performed. $270.00 to replace a coil which took about 30-40 min. They were scheduled out between 4-6 pm. Did not get a call from the tech until about 9 pm that she was running late

Amye did an excellent job. She is very personable. I would like to suggest that they bring a garbage disposal with them to the first visit so they can put it in on first visit. It took us another week to find a date and time suitable to Amye and to us.
